Hmm, orbital bombardment would definitely announce our great return to the galaxy, though I am afraid we'd come off as another Empire of Sith jerks. How would it make us different from the other Sith Empire? The Jedi will immediately crush us. My idea is not to get officially involved in 'evil' actions, rather do some good deeds and claim we are the good reformed Sith, clearly separating ourselves from the other Sith factions. We could outlaw slavery, for example. This will give our enemies one less reason to attack us.
In order not to lose working power, we will make unemployment a crime. Totalitarian regimes have plenty of work for everyone, so if we get all citizens to work for the good of the Empire, we will not lose any working power by outlawing slavery. This will also lead to our citizens having food and a place to live, mostly eliminating the possible problem with starving and homeless citizens. Sooo, we will look good in the eyes of the public.
And last, we should give proper education to everyone. Building a generation that fully believes in our ideals and lives to serve the Empire. Leading young people into being patriots willing to join the army. Give them the most basic military training few years before they are old enough to sign up for the military or navy, which will make it seem natural for them. We could even extend our offer to poor orphans outside of our space. The Jedi and the Republic do not care about them, but we won't let that potential manpower for stormtrooper corps go to waste, will we?

Lianna, the planet that my character spent her teen years on and learned all the good stuff is full of ship building corporations and stuff, according to wikia. And, on the map it's in nobody's space.
Honestly, I'm not sure how one confirms if its not taken by somebody etc, or destroyed even. But if anybody cared to take it over, I'd help them.

Well guys, before we plan on how to run our government. We have to win territory to gain! Now the leadership knows our general plan of attack and that will come to light as we draw closer to June. These ideas are good so far, but don't jump too far ahead just yet!
Also, if people want to come up with Missions i can post in the faction i would love that. As @[member="Skorn Draclau"] suggested, missions would be an excellent way to push our agenda.

I'd like to see us claiming some planets through legal means. Maybe we could establish a political party or do some referendum?
Push the Republic to outlawing the Jedi and branding them terrorists. Shouldn't be that hard, considering the Jedi frequently use child soldiers and brainwash them with a dangerous ideology. They encourage hate towards certain races, ethnical groups, religions, and restrict rights and freedom of members of said groups. The Jedi are also guilty of commanding the Republic military and police forces with little to no authority and without adequate training to lead armed forces, plus they believe they are superior to other beings due to their Force sensitivity that automatically grants them the right to be above the law.
They claim to serve the Force and carry out its will, but the Force is some sort of energy they manipulate, thus their argument serves only as an excuse to pretend to promote peace while they violently murder anyone they deem as a threat to their position.

Several of our members own major galactic companies, Czerka is out largest ones.
And i like that idea [member="Darth Veles"], but our first move will be to take Coruscant...and not exactly through peaceful means. The Jedi Order however will be painted as the badguys and after our initial assault we can chip away at the Republic in a manner you described.

Also, when it comes to convincing people not to fight us, it is much more effective to cater to other people's selfishness rather than convince people that it's morally wrong to oppose us.
Reason being: morality is fickle for our characters because people will do what they want to do. Yet, if we give them a reason to believe that supporting or ignoring us will profit more than fighting us, that'll make them hesitate from action.

What would be a better revenge than taking away all the support they are getting from the Republic and ordinary people? Once they have no one who will stand up for they, they lose. Propaganda would serve us well

Coordinated assault plain and simple. Before we go major would should initiate a covert military campaign IC to bleed are enemies white. Destroy infrastructure, support armed rebellion, government centers, financial sabotage, assassinate political leaders, essentially do what what you guys did on Fondor on grand scale. Maybe do some skirmishes and what not as well.
