Open to Teaching

So I know usually people go and ask for masters, and some people will use their faction to make it aware that they're open for a role as a master. Now, I've never really gotten to be in those people's shoes, I never really liked the idea of being a master at the points in time that people kept coming to me for teachings and such - I honestly was, and probably still am, not ready to pass on any knowledge. I go by the banite Sith order's method of teaching most often, but this will be a break-away from that for the foreseeable future. Silara's master, Darth Mierin, taught her until the two had a duel to see if she was worthy of succeeding her (and though we didn't finish the thread because I am still upset that someone decided to off themselves before I was ready) in which Mierin was killed. This will probably not be the case with this apprentice, whomever it may be - if I select one - for a variety of reasons.

In either case, I'm looking for someone who isn't afraid to jump into danger, duel a master as an apprentice, face a giant leviathan (just an example), or be tortured day and night with various assaults of the mind and spirit and body through the force. Oh, and you have to be an apprentice. I don't take knights, not unless you make it to knight during my tenure as your master.

Also I (Silara) am a demanding pregnant woman who will likely be teaching primarily the basics until I am 100% certain you have learned how to use them properly, not so you can use force speed to jog faster, and lightsaber combat will be taught in a more.. unique.. way. Without lightsabers.

Anywho, if you're interested, drop by and leave a note, then I may or may not make a poll to let Chaos choose for me. I request you try to "sell" yourself as a promising acolyte or apprentice (you don't have to be a Sith, though I will drill every iota of their teachings into your thick-boned skull if I need to).

Now if you've read this far, are still interested, check my bio for a list of skills, Silara specializes in Sith magic, and by proxy alchemy to an extent (that extent will become vastly larger once I've completed a thread that has been ongoing for some months now), and is exceptionally competent in the use of the force with lightsaber combat to compensate for her (originally) frail body. (You can thank alchemy and cybernetic limbs for fixing that after several devastating losses.)

Nyx

Insert Hilarious Title Here
Although only barely aware of her Force abilities, Nyx is a self-centered arrogant girl who loves to pick fights with people stronger than her.
In other words, a perfect Sith.
Also, she is skilled with a blade, so has experience with melee weapons.
The only interaction with Sith she's had is being adopted by Vanessa Kuhn (Which I guess makes her your granddaughter?), so has a relatively untainted view of them.
She's also willing to shut up and learn when she has to.

The opportunity you present is too good for me to simply ignore so I offer you the most fragile little flower in Hapes bouquet of roses.

Têhra is a bastard, warped by the ill treatment of her father's family and left without a maternal figure or anyone to help guide her through the inconveniences of life. Her mother was a young Dathomiri witch and the girl has taken her affinity to the Force but due to circumstances has spent little time developing or focusing on her latent gifts (which surprisingly manifests in the most basic alchemy and surge of the brier). She is naive, malleable and stifles any negative feelings for fear of offending those around her and is exceptionally passive when it comes to confrontation. Silara could warp the girl, tempt out the grief and heartache that is masked behind pretty smiles and diligent servitude, fulfilling a 'prophecy' that was foreseen during the bastard's birth (more in her app).

Anyways, I don't think i can sell my dancer any more without suffocating the thread. Hopefully you consider!

I'll figure it out in a few hours. Or when I wake up, if I fall asleep before that.

I appreciate all the replies, keep in mind I will be watching you (but not really, because I don't have time for that) for now before I make my decision.

Alright, I'll put my character forward.

My character, Sorin Vanado, is far from frail, but also far from being able to use his Force abilities, as he is not trained at all in them. He is an assassin by trade, family, and blood. I'm looking for a balance of his physical abilities with that of his Force abilities, so that's why I'm putting this up here =) Character link in sig for more info.

Sleep well =)
