One would think that a wide array of bread and circuses (even though said circuses may be for the citizenry itself to take part in, rather than performers) would help keep the populace happy.

It might be a good idea to get Thakwaa to 110 (It's at 102 right now) and snag Ryoonne or Keskin (That one is right on the edge, so we might get it with Anoat instead) while we are at it.Sentiri said:

Is that possible? I'm not entirely clear on the rules myself, but neither Ryoone or Keskin are adjacent to Thakwaa. I guess it just doesn't make logical sense why a Tier 2 would effect either when all of the efforts were focused on Thakwaa and the only commonality is that the other two share the same hex. I'm all for it if possible.
