I know we can do more of the same of what we did at Ossus, if not even better now we get to lead the charge and show what we can do.

Let's get some narrative ideas going, and if you want to participate.

I'm pushing for fleeting and ground engagement to hit the SE with all our might. This is an invasion not motivated by territory gain or murdering Sith, but a show that the Dark Side can't push into the Light without repurcussions, and that the Jedi are just as dangerous and tactical as the Sith.

Reporting in from a long shelving. My writer left me in the dark, but now I'm back bby!

I'm going in on the ground level via drop pod, since it's the most expedient route.

Then we gonna have some fun.

Hi all!

The invasion is due to launch today. We will have a few objectives to move the story along but there are some other areas I think we need to focus on going off our feedback from Ossus:

- React to what TSE throw at us. It may derail a story or idea, but roll with it. See where it goes…

- We have just over 2 weeks. We were seen to lose momentum; do all you can, shout for help and rally your other writers to keep your stories going to the end.

- Don’t be too complacent by being the aggressor, but don’t be too placid either. Find that nice mix.

- Explore some humanity behind what we do and why we are doing this; it’s not to cause chaos or hunt Sith. We are Jedi; what does the horror of war do to us?

The thing is, we want to disrupt their operations that lead them to strike at our worlds. They will aim to paint us in a bad light and tarnish our already fragile view in the galaxy. If we don’t show we are doing this to protect our worlds, such as they do theirs, we will look like terrorists almost.

Help any NPCs you can there to give our invasion depth, show the good will and grace of Jedi by showing we are there for the Dark Side warriors, not the innocent people there and anything we do if we win the invasion, we will help them repair away from oppression.

It’s all about WHY and HOW. Tell the story, take some chances, explore your character and use others to help. Enjoy yourself – that’s the main thing.

And remember, if we win then we proved our might. If we lose, we proved we are not intimidated.

The future still beckons for the Silver Jedi either way.


While I realize IC it might not be the ideal situation, OOC the Sith are enjoying duelling RC immensely. I'd advise to concentrate some more forces on the Capitol Building and take the fight to them since I got most of em tied up.

[member="RC 212"] That's all fine, but remember we aren't there to level the place or destroy the city - we are Jedi and have to show we abibe by morals and human rights, not just go in like a wrecking ball, because the Sith will use it to spin us off as terrorists coming in destroying everything when we want to be liberating and pushing the Sith back.

We want to try and help at least and give the Mirilan new hope and sense of purpose, not blow everything away in hunting Sith.

Your posts are also coming very quickly [member="RC 212"]. There is a rule against no stampeding in invasions:

Stampeding is not allowed. Stampeding is when a Major Faction colludes to post all of its members repetitively without waiting for a proper response from the opposition.

You need to be careful you are not breaking that rule, and not only letting the opposition respond, but also your own allies who may seek to help you or stop your character from doing so much damage to the capital.
