Description:
Created as a mass project for the Meran Mechanics With aid from Sotomi research in order to create a city sized Spaceport.
the space port is made to be a crowning jewel. the station is made to act as a floating airport holding several sections from housing to repairs to entertainment sections also holding a shopping area and meeting halls.
the station also is intended to be semi self sufficient holding several thousand people and farmland.
the station holds amenities for over 700 species.
the star port has 57 towers each holding various atmospheres these are housed near the outer rim of the station.
the inner middle houses the infrastructure and basic amenities like shopping. further in houses the offices and in the center
in the center stands the Hub housing all the run of the station and houses all political houses in the building.
on the outskirts are the piers that house the landing pods and docking beys for ships up to destroyer size.

armament factory is for on bored police and militia this is the ORC after all.
performance enhancers ect are for the rare occasions the thing if needed to make adjustments.
eg move to avoid asteroid ect.
admittedly i was given a list of suggested items to use before using a non weapon station.

• Remove the performance booster. Its sole purpose is to increase the speed and maneuverability of spacecraft and does not belong on this. It circumvents the rating system.
• Remove the Atmospheric Thrusters - Space stations don't enter the atmosphere. The altitude thruster will suffice for the purpose you explained above.
• Remove the dual-drive system. Unless this station has the physical ability to move, and the ratings are lifted from none to Very Low, it should not have a dual-drive system which by default, includes a hyperdrive.

Everything else is fine.
