Force Bellow is kinetic energy, not Force energy. Tutaminis would not work on it. Nor have I ever seen a source where kinetic energy gets converted into Force energy. Can you provide some justification or wookiee link for how you would be able to absorb it?

I read I, Jedi. Corran Horn doesn't use tutaminis in the way you're describing.

I'm leaning toward calling in a second opinion from staff because I have characters that use Tutaminis as well and I want to know if they too can absorb Force Bellows, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

Electricity. Force energy. Explosions. Nothing specifically says that it cannot be used on any kind of energy. It is a skill built around energy absorption. Any energy seems to be at play sense it absorbs a wide variety as is.
