Sorry this took longer... things happen, life happens... Teynara knows... I took an unannounced LOA for reasons...
Padawan Pack idea:
Starting age no younger than 8 - 10. They will all meet on Voss for the first time. You can have your character know one of them if you want or have plot ideas that you want them to explore as they grow.
I would think we can do five threads. 1 thread where they meet, a couple of group training threads, and a field trip adventure of sorts...
Next Age jump: 12-14
They will be starting to get picked up by other masters at this point... separate threads and such. After five group threads we could do the next age bump... I would assume as long as writers are communicating this wouldn't be an issue, and of course feel free to do past threads if things still need to be explored. There is a lot that could happen here, and I would open up for plotting between the writers fro waht kind of epic things to do.
Next age jump: 16-18
Same stuff as above... open plotting to happen as we make the jump. I would imagine some are being sent out on their own for the first time here potentially. From here I think I would leave the age jumps up to the writers.... this being said... IC this means holding off on knighthood rank until we finish the 5 group threads here......... Not that I want to limit things, buuuut this is a padawan development concept soooo....
With that if you're still interested tag me here and I will add you to the list... I think this concept will work best if we limit the number of writers to 6... if we can handle more then we can add as we go.

Sounds most excellent. Can I suggest five original threads for the padawan pack, and not simply participation in a dominion/invasion or training thread?

Go for it... I don't plan on starting anything until we are all set anyway... it can be a character you have now, or even make a new one for this... I wasn't thinking that group threads would be original... that way if we want in doms or if masters want to train that can all happen outside the 5 threads for each age range.

That was my idea, yep. That way we get 5 Padawan stories per time jump, and that also lets us move at our own pace. I, for one, get frequently lost in the commotion of big threads like doms/invasions.Judah Lesan Jr. said:

Exactly! I also get lost in the big threads which is why I may even break from the norm as to what we do here and enforce a loose posting order. I would think that could help, but depending on the writers we get that may not be an issue if we all agree to be conscientious of people's busy schedules.

Is there still room for this? Does it take place in the past or in the present? Not sure if I could join this character in on the fun depending on how long ago this started in Chaos canon. This character is currently 12, 14 being considered adulthood for her race.
