Panic! In the snow? (Niysha)

Her improvised weapons had worked, though. He listened to them go off while he conversed with the dragon. It spun around and roared, which was oddly adorable, but didn't move from where it was. The second explosion did much the same. It wasn't until Niysha spoke up that he was aware of what had transpired. All three were alive and one was uninjured. Interesting. Two injured ones she could deal with, they'd be going into shock shortly enough. Long as she didn't give them anything to target their pain at then they'd be easy pickings. The only real issue was the one that wasn't even hurt, as far as he was concerned.

"Not bad for some improvisation. Let the two injured linger into shock. No need to break cover until they do. They'll be useless then, and you'll only have the uninjured one to deal with."

That one was busy trying to wrap up his friends stump, and wasn't really paying much attention to anything else. The one that had lost both of his feet was looking down at where they should have been and screaming in horror and agony both. Leos could feel the emotions wafting off of them all. It was beautiful. She did have a good grasp of how to deal with situations using her head rather than just strength, but now she still had the third one that was alive and uninjured to deal with. How was she going to deal with him? For the moment he was preoccupied, but how long would that be. His friend was dying. If he didn't get him inside, hypothermia would set in with the shock.

The dragon was still watching outside. Leos leaned forward and touched its tail, causing it to spin around and face him. It roared at him, but didn't breath fire. He looked intensely into the winged lizards eyes, pushing into its mind and impressing on it the fact that its offspring would not survive without him. In addition, he showed it a life away from this world, a life where he could be its companion and friend, if it would let it. It didn't really understand friend, but it understood the safety of its offspring. Finally it closed its wings and sat there regarding him. At that, Leos stood and turned his attention to Niysha.

"You've done well so far. Keep going."
