Both fortunately and regrettably for Vandin, his ship fired at Darth Apparatus. For Vandin, he got one this he desired. The choke hold of Darth Apparatus slowly dissipated. At the same time though, the Sith Lord attempted another telekinetic strike at Vandin's chest. It would have knocked him back into the wall just behind him and cause even more damage than he had now if it was successful.
Meanwhile, Darth Apparatus had to keep his feet moving as the ship began to fire. The cloak he wore caught on fire as he narrowly dodged a few blasts. The material quickly burned until all that remained on the Sith Lord was his black armor and crimson helmet. He moved fast enough to continue to avoid a lethal shot, yet doing so continuously would not be productive.
At the same time, the Darth's own ship began to react. It was mostly due to the crew, though, who were monitoring the fight yet not supposed to interfere except for certain conditions. Vandin's ship becoming active was one such circumstance. In response, the laser turrets inside the Darth's own hangar turned toward the ship and began to fire. This was a standard safety feature to have in moments just like this, when one needed to destroy a ship docked on their own ship. The hangar had enough firepower to destroy the Queen of the Night with ease, and Vandin's ship will certainly be annihilated if the Vader impersonator did not yield.
