- Universal Parts - Made with the common being in mind, the engines use run of the mill components for a vast majority of the construction. As well, most any fuel system is capable of being run on this system, from fission, to chemical reactants.
- Adjustable Thrust Output - The inclusion of an ion afterburner paired with integrated recharging battery cells allow this system to provide a quick recharging boost function in Boost Mode. Alter craft speed +1 while active.
- Adjustable Maneuvering Output - A similar addition to the system is the inclusion of independently operated baffles inside Gimbal Mounted thrust cones allowing for tight maneuvers when Agility Mode is activated. Alters craft maneuverability +1 when active.
- From Wailing to Whispers - The addition of a trailing fin on the exhaust nacelle allowed for additional drive systems to be installed including a baffler to trap the excess ions produced by the engines along with a Thermo-converter to recycle excess heat into electricity.
- Small to Medium - These engines are produced with smaller craft in mind, and the additional benefits end at the maximum frigate level.

- The Small Things - Mid firefight is a disastrous time for engine failures, and these engines are not safe from such things. Damage to the thrust cone, or the independent baffles will result in loss of thrust, or maneuverability. Ion and EMP effects may lock the gimbals or baffles in place if the systems take a direct hit in adjusted operations.
- Speed Trade - While the Ion Afterburner or Boost Mode is active and the baffle components are focused, the equipped vessel loses maneuverability. -1 to Maneuverability in Boost Mode.
- Maneuvering Trade - While the Gimbal Thrust or Agility Mode is active, the paired directional thrust vectoring utilizing the baffle components drains speed in exchange for maneuvering. -1 to speed in Agility Mode.
- Frigates Plus - While the system is able to scale above the Frigate level, and are reliable engine systems for such vessels, the benefits of either Agility Mode or Boost Mode cannot be applied to these vessels. No gains in speed or maneuvering to vessels above the maximum Frigate size to be had with these specialized drives.
- At Your Own Risk - While able to be modified in dedicated hangars, in the field fixes are ill advised as many of the components require intensive alignment to function properly. Failure to properly align components while repairing or servicing can result in adverse effects such as operation failure, or explosive energy surges.

Building upon her favored ion drive design, and finding inspiration from the aesthetic choices of Naboo starship design, the PGEM-VOId found new life and systems with its most recent iteration.
Featuring the exhaust finials that are typical of iconic Naboo starfighters with systems included in these finials to counteract the weakness of the first design while maintaining the advantages provided. Managing to orient both systems inside the exhaust finials to work in harmony rather than trying to strangle one another until the drive failed and sputtered into silence mid-flight. Noting a significant decrease in easily traced ion exhaust and highly efficient energy recycling via heat management, the systems have been further stabilized to allow for longer flight durations using the boost mode or agility mode and can even supplement power to the main reactor under extensive use.
