Zaiden will require Forge(s), smithing stations (weaponry as well as armor), arenas to train my Legionnaires, as well as personally requesting a heated pool. His body isn't what it used to, thanks to all the dark energies he needs a relaxing swim every now and again to rid himself of the now chronic pain.

His personal rooms/wing will be thrown down over time. The requirements are strictly so Zaiden can bring some men down to make custom requests from James Armor Co (which I hope you all may help with as I can soon see it becoming Tier 5)
