Des immediately considered her options. She could have made her way to a high perch where none of the droids could likely get to her. But that wasn't the goal. She could easily lift the droids off the ground where they were ineffective. Again, not the goal. Crushing or deactivating them were also avenues to deal with them. But again, not the goal. Speed was also an option, and the idea of dancing merrily around the droids just out of reach was a thought that made her smile, but again, not the goal.
Begin.
Shifting backward she rolled, and popped up into a one-handed handstand with the grace of a gymnast and then brought herself down to her feet easily. How best to apply the technique. She could freeze the droid's body into place. That would take a lot. She could lock down the wiring, but that was a lot of lines to trace, and even harder. There were two main points on any droid that she should concern herself with. Their power supply and their processor. Stop the power output or stop the command signals or processor and you had an instantly neutralized droid.
Already her tag partner was closing the gap. It didn't have the shuffling gait of a protocol droid but had the speed and flexibility of a droid meant for training Jedi. Shifting to her right she evaded a grab, then another as she spun away. Focusing on the Force, she felt for the patterns of energy oscillations within the droid. Her original training had taken place aboard a shuttle. She'd spent weeks learning to map out every circuit and conduit in this fashion, in addition to knowing where her companions were at all times, and being able to detect the thin biofilm on everything that wasn't sanitized. She had a mechanical aptitude, evidenced by her long history of fixing her swoop, fiddling with her inherited lightsaber, building micro-droids all the time, repairing hover trucks, working on her personal ship, and keeping it up and running.
Very quickly she found the droid's power supply. Suspending it though would be much harder. But at least for the moment, she was out of reach as she took a few running steps, then evaded another set of grabs. An unconscious grin was spread across her face as she moved.
