[Matsu Ike]

REPULSE

Matsu breathed, focusing inward to build it up. Deep into her core and preparing to send it outwards with a surge of power and energy. Compared to other powers she knew this wasn't the strongest, a repulse and wave was radial, designed to be weaker but buy you space and time. Didn't mean it couldn't help as she felt the pressure building.

Then Matsu jumped up and she felt the pop, that change of air as from her body the energy released sending objects around the room shaking and crashing about. She came down while it finished and her hand touched the ground. Her eyes flicking back and forth while she sucked in air through her teeth, gulping in air and restoring the force energy to her core.

DEFELCTION

"I want you to shoot at me." The rangers and sixth battalion were there starring at her. They couldn't understand matsu as she stood there with a small smirk on her face. Working to create a small shield of force energy that could deflect energy and slugs. It was built for protection without a lightsaber and you needed focus as Matsu let her mind go blank.

Then they were firing as her hands came up and distortions of force energy the slugs impacted as time was slowing down and she started erecting force energy. A blaster shot sizzling as it dissipated and Matsu kept it going letting the force shimmer around her. Not fully or regularly used but it was proving worth it all before she collapsed onto her butt tired when they ran out of ammo.

Matsu looked at them and gave a nod of her head while she caught her breath. "Good let me rest and we'll do it again."

ANIMAL TELEPATHY

The ability to control and direct animals was not often used by the jedi, a strange thing as they knew how to do it just chose not to. Well at least a little, some did know what they were doing and had learned the skill a small essential part of teaching and learning. The ability to at least distract and befriend minorly some creatures.

That was the original purpose, made to make sure you could sneak past and not set off attack animals. She was looking at the creatures and holding her hand out as she focused on the creature. Navigating the intricacies of a mind wasn't easy but trying to suggest that you were a friend was easier. Matsu pushed that she was a good person and they liked her as the wolf like creatures came to her and licked her hand.

ANIMAL FRIENDSHIP

Now she was working on the creatures, sitting here in the jungle and letting the energies of the force flow over her while sifting through the thoughts of each one. She was working to be their friendly face and the one they trusted. Not exerting their will upon them but at the same time pushing her image as an imprint they would trust.

The first one came to her and licked her face as she sat there smiling, then it was nuzzling her and she was rolling on the ground. The large creature slowly over her and then another and another. Pushing the force out to all of them and letting her humor come as she smiled enjoying the moment. "Yes yes yes I love you all as well ahhh."

CRUCITORN

"AHHHHH" Matsu was screaming now, letting it all out while she moved, exhausted and beaten until she was blue. The droids were off to the side from medical to literally pick up her body when she fell from to much pain, when it got so intense she couldn't keep pushing herself further and further. That was the goal after all as she kept blocking the attacks as best she could and felt more hitting her.

That was the other part while the force worked through her body, strengthening her and keeping her body able to stand, preserving those parts of her brain that wanted to give into the shock of being beaten and fall over unconscious. She had to fight those feeling and continued to stand there as the droids beat her and ground her teeth for another scream of pain. She would keep this and it would pass just had to have the faith of the force.

FORCE BODY

Now she was pushing it, sending the force through every fiber of her being. The energy came from the breath, from the air and life as it all pushed into her lungs. She was letting her mind push the force through her lungs out to the muscles to seep through and control how much acid they produced to cause the burn, through into the marrow of her bones as inch by inch they coursed through her body.

Looking in the mirror she could see the scars and burns, the damage from a lifetime of fighting and injury that remained on the surface but below in the body she was safe, she was strong. The force strengthening her body and making everything feel like it did when she was younger and stronger. Matsu stretched and felt the pop pop of her body while all the kinks were worked out.

BARRIER

The ability to create a barrier with the force was something few truly tried to do, they could do it. Protect themselves but as Matsu stood there with her hands out she wasn't making a bubble for protection she was making a solid wall in front of her for the shots from the rangers, for their energy blasts while she moved on and forward pushing. The course ahead set up so one had to be careful abut moving forward.

Matsu pushed the force into the barrier as the machine turret spewed and impacted it sending her towards the side of the path. She focused the energies around her and forward as the barrier struck the torre and it exploded. Matsu was thrown back and rising up while stun shots struck her before she laid there laughing to herself.

TUTAMINIS

Her hands flared and flashed, the energy shimmering as it went from her palms across her fingers and down her arm. Flaring and licking at the enegry, the heat around her converting it to energy as Matsu stood tall with a grin on her face she could feel all of it, feel the power of it all coming into her being and then going out. Going out towards the energy around her.

The room was filled with generators and she wasn't absorbing all of it but enough that she would be able to practice the technique. Matsu felt herself getting stronger while she let the force dance over her skin and just barly off the top of it. Her body hairs standing on edge when they bristled allowing her to absorb more until her eyes glowed from the overflow.

DAMPENING PRESENCE

This was harder to do, well harder before but easier and harder now. If that made sense, compared to some it was confusing as Matsu worked on her meditations. She was focusing on her presence in the force and how large it was, how much it appeared and glowed with the lightside of the force. She could feel herself glowing while her mind searched for a way to dim her presence.

To make herself smaller and appear simple, appear like a child or something else within the force that would not be noticed. She equated her force energies to a candle and slowly worked to lessen the wick to make the fuel become smaller, less available. She couldn see herself being smaller, less pronounced and with her sigil and the solari crystal even she looked like the normal padawans around her, like the younglings.

LISTENING

Her ears were being trained, magnifying all her senses were good but a jedi's ability to hear proved invaluable it could let you hear the changes in ones breathing and heartrate. Her ears wee focusing on the sounds of the temple as she sat there in the silent room closing her eyes. The massive amount of distraction helpful so she could train to pick up the slightest sounds like the padawan sniffling from falling and hurting himself.

Youngling teasing their friend and there in the distance was the sound of the power systems of the temple. Able to be heard like she was there and the tick tick tick of the systems working properly. Her training her old skills had proven to some to be a joke, but to her it was showing what one can learn in their lifetime, what one can do with their mind and body compared to just becoming a weapon or a judge. It was why she avoided the council and the small things preferringthis the sounds of the galaxy running.

PHASED

This was a tough one, Matsu could feel the sweat beading on her forehead and she was focused on it. The skill was not known by many but the few who could use it needed full concentration and attunement within the force while she touched the wall. A thin piece of permacrete one could slid on a fram for bases and houses. Now it was here for her to practice with while droids watch.

She looked to the force and the wall, looked to pushing herself through it like a river as slowly the permacrete rippled. That was the start and slowly she pushed applying small pressure and force until her hands were through and she was stepping forward with a boot going in, then her legs and the give of resistance as her hands passed through. She pushed until her body was through and looking at the wall as it remained solid.

INERTIA

She was running now, building up the speed within her body and to work on the ability. The mats below in case she fell as going towards the wall Matsu jumped shifting herself in the force. Her body's direction pointed towards the wall and she was running up upon it. She moved up the wall and kicked off shifting again so she was flying across the room towards another section of wall.

The other thing she had to face was gravity and it ran her into the ground. She hadn't made it high enough on the wall while she rolled and slid towards the wall. Her direction and momentum carrying her while Matsu laid there and was laughing. The pain in her tailbone flaring up while she rethought about what and how she was doing thing. "Alright smaller room or I need to run higher up."

ALTER ENVIRONMENT

This was it, this was the sign and Matsu stood there, in the small area of voss, the small beach had everything she needed to practice and expand on the ability that the jedi had sighted as why she was evil. It amused her while she reached out, looking at the ebb and flow ofthe water, feeling the kiss of the wind and feeling the heat of the sun, the chill of the shadows, stiffness of the earth.

Her hands were moving to gently nudge them, to influence and exert her will upon the world around her, slowly pushing and prodding it all into a a small whirlpool. You didn't control the elements you gave them a chance to respond and kept your control as best you coudl as slowly her understanding and work on the particles in the air to excite them and create fire that sparked around, the wind picking up over the water and small parts of fire with water and dust became a tornado.

ALTER DAMAGE

This was a stupid way to practice... well mostly, in truth the best way to learn how to really focus and alter the damage dealt by a blade was to do just this. Practice on someone but Matsu didn't like the idea of prcticing on a fellow padawan even though he had offered. Her blade hesitating over him while she focused on the blade.

Her mind emptied and she plunged the saber down focusing on making the heat and power of the weapon non existant. It went to his chest and with her focus was like a beam of light not going inside but the padawan could feel it, could feel some of the heat over his body as it washed. Matsu deactivated the blade and pulled it away looking down at him. "Are you alright?" The boy gave aher a nod of his head and she let out a breath.

FORCE WEAPON

She was feeling it, holding a simple staff and looking at the lightsabers in the hands of the jedi in front of her. She had a small grin on her face and she pushed the force into it. Slowly focusing and working her hands to touch the grooves of it. Pushing the force to strengthen it and as she held it the jedi started to block the attacks that were coming at the staff. Her force energy keeping it strong and able to resist the blades.

ELECTRIC JUDGEMENT

She was focused and ready, the emotions were there and slowly she pushed. Love, compassion, affection, wanting to protect the others and all the positive emotions she could feel while hot pink energy lightly crackled along the length of her arms. Matsu focused and unleashed twin sparks that went at the droid and brought her hands up. She could see the droid bounce backwards and strike the ground. Matsu moved her hand opening and closing the fingers as they tingled.

FLIGHT

Matsu took a breath in and out, slowly focused on all of it and pushing her body to levels as she let it all out. Breathing in the force energies and out the excess until it was all within her body, she was focused and looking up at the window on the second story as she raised herself up off the ground. Flight was a hard thing to do but she knew how to put telekinesis and speed into it so she could move and was hovering outside the window with a smile on her face to the amazement of some of the padawans.

ART OF THE SMALL

The beads of sweat on her forehead was more then enough for this, Matsu hadn't practiced the techniques as much as she had before, she had seen it used by Kiskla and the jedi grandmaster had shown that with some skill you could do things... That was a nice thing she had shown Matsu and now she was focusing on her presence in the force. Shrinking it as much as she could to be small and keep her hidden away. A small smile came while she wiped at her head.

MALACIA

"Alright, hold still and this will only be tiring for a moment." Matsu looked at the jedi master she was practicing with and her hand was extended. Slowly she looked at the master and with her hand was focused upon him, sensing the flowing of the blood and looking to constrict the blood flow and make him sick. To make him sleep and fall to the ground unconscious. The man wasn't resisting and slowly he laid down as she was focusing the force energies.

PLACE OTHERS IN HIBERNATION TRANCE

A more complicated technique as Matsu was working on it, her skills with the force and techniques improving while she breathed in deeply allowing the force to flow throughout her body. The padawan in front of her looking at her while she had a look of concern on her face and Matsu let out a breath before touching her forehead and chest. Slowly reaching out to her heart while she worked to slow it and preserve it in the force until the girls eyes were slowly fluttering. The padawan was going to sleep and into the trance while his eyes glassed over with her power to holding him as she lifted her hands back taking it all in and keeping him hibernating on a string she could feel and grasp at with the force.
