It would probably just be an in-character thing, to make it easiest - we run into each other here and there, have occasional meeting threads, etc.

Well I'll let you know that I am interested, but the only reason he'd join your secret society is because he requires your resources (a.k.a. training). He's a Leech, and only serves his prey to "become a god".

Then prepare for your mind to be horribly raped of its knowledge and prowess to contribute to the strengthening of the rising God almighty the Leech Lord!

(That means I wish to join)

Delayed response, was posting in the RP forum.

>Yes, still can be in other factions
>Yes, is like a secret society/brotherhood kind of thing

I could basically see it panning out where they are more prone to helping someone with the society's tattoo. For instance:

Joe Schmo Imperial trooper fights and apprehends Spice Dealer Ronald Frankenfurt. While patting him down for weapons, he finds the familiar tattoo and realizes he is part of his brotherhood. They establish themselves, despite having never met, and Joe let's Ron off with a "warning" -- because it's expected that someone with that mark is an ally.

Basically, people that help one another (whether for selfish reasons or non).

obviously wouldn't be JUST those kind of scenarios, but that is a type of thing that could happen with such a brotherhood.

What I MAY do, if it's allowed, is establish it as a "family" faction, that way we still have a place to congregate, without having to leave the other factions.

I'd have to run it by the admins, but I don't see why not. Essentially it could be viewed as a Mandalorian style of family. Mandalorians are rarely actually blood relations, and don't always know one another, but they are family all the same.

If any admin reading this wants to chip in their 2 cents on that idea, go for it.

Indeed it would, and as far as learning, I don't have any specifics, all I want to do is just rank up this poor fellow. He's been an apprentice for a few months now. Though, he does specialize in stealth and blade combat. He isn't big on the force, but he is able to cloak his image, distort his image, and conceal his force signature on a regular basis, and a variety of other skills that can only be employed when in a rage state. So a little refinement would be nice in his skills.

Or you could make a regular faction and, once you get your 5 members to become a major faction, when I ask you what planets you want you can say "none" and just use the group for discussions.

Would it be allowed for us to submit this as a family faction, given what we're looking at, or do you think that would not be acceptable?

It would be preferable for me, as I'd like to stay within my current faction, but also apart of this, this, this thing that has been proposed to me.
