A large private shipwright company with offices throughout the galaxy made its name during the rise of the First Order. Owned and operated by former the Grand Admiral of Naval Engineering, Fiolette Yvarro; Primo Victorian prides itself on fielding the best. Contracting with other organizations, governments and megacorporations Primo Victorian designs, and manufacturers quality starships, space stations, and systems for both starships and space stations. Primo Victorian has locations throughout the galaxy and is now headquartered in the Centrality, Scillal. Sales and contract offices on Corellia and Shimia, trade offices on Tatooine and Iziz along with production offices in Botajef, Gall and Bilbringi, as well as the applied sciences and research divisions on Contruum Six and Wrea.
RATIONALE
Primo Victorian Shipwright started as Primo Coruscanti Construction before the original owner sold the company to Valessia Brentioch who at the time lived on Dosuun. The company then became Primo Victorian Shipwright after the city in which it was initially headquartered after the move from Coruscant. When Valessia could no longer maintain the company she sold it to someone who would have a better understanding of ships. That someone was Fiolette Yvarro who at the time was a Fleet Admiral with the First Order, and while she served with the First Order she could scarcely afford to pay attention to the company and its needs. Thus it served the purpose of assisting the First Order Corps of Imperial Engineers and nothing more, however; when the First Order renewed its aggression's with the Galactic Alliance she parted ways with the first imperial nation.
Retired, Fiolette Yvarro devoted her time and effort to making a real go of Primo Victoria and that meant seeking contracts and investments. So with her personal ship the Fleetwood she moved about the Galaxy securing those contracts. All the while using the licensing fees from the First Order to help provide some of the basic funding for new products until such time she no longer needed to rely on the First Order.
Now that time has come Primo Victorian Shipwright is now a fully independent company capable of producing a wide range of vessels, space stations, starfighters and systems development.

The Galactic Alliance invaded the Anoat Sector with FIS Kuragin, a Galidraan station as one of its targets. Their goal was to hyperspace the station back to Alliance territory. Their goal was not achieved and instead, the FIS Kuragin was destroyed.
- After it was destroyed, Primo Victoria’s CEO then Fleet Admiral [SIZE=10pt]Fiolette[/SIZE] Yvarro took full responsibility for its destruction and led the long charge into creating the successor station as part of the large Mark II Refit Project; the Galidraan II. This included investing a lot in hiring out Pathfinders and a Mercenary to help track down what would be her new headquarters under the guise of a hybrid Civilian-Military base. From here, the former grand admiral has set about creating her own personal station and then a call from Alric Kuhn of Vanir Technologies distracted her. He made her an offer she couldn't refuse and has since returned to the Coalition with a renewed sense of purpose.
Having now established a number of contracts throughout the galaxy, Primo Victoria is on the move. Securing a section of land on Kal'Shebbol as production yards will soon begin producing starfighters and smaller craft. Meanwhile, Fiolette Yvarro now looks to the Inner Rim and even the Core - establishing relations with the fledgling Corellian Confederation. She's also assisted the Sith Empire's Zahori Denko in her quest for a grand starship and looks to help others with their own naval security including the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Arrival on Thyferra after having been held captive by the Galactic [SIZE=10pt]Alliance[/SIZE] promised more than just the headache. A sponsorship, the Alliance leaned on independent contractors to help rebuild the planet after it had been decimated by Sith-Imperial forces. Bringing in an older Kleve-station to be modified so that it could monitor the geothermal activities as well as aid in terraforming.
On the ground, another camp that would evolve into a facility to coincide with the goal of turning Thyferra back to what it had once been. From there the Supreme Commander granted sponsorship giving Primo Victorian the funding necessary to grow and expand.
