Jessica knew why Summer was impressed whereas other people she knew, working on Bimmisaari, Gyndine, or even Geonosis, were better at romance than she was. But then these three candles would soon give out and dessert almost arrived. Their wicks have burned almost in its entirety. So she decided to zap ceiling lighting, using electric judgment, so as to power its fluocompact bulbs. Yet, she knows she can power them only for a limited amount of time given her power level. Also, she knows that Electric Judgment can also be "chain-targeted" in combat, but she does not have enough power yet to be able to effectively use chain-targeted Electric Judgment on a battlefield. When one "chain-targets" Electric Judgment, one needs to solve Maxwell's equations for all targets, knowing that they need to be solved in order of targeting, first target needs to be resolved first, and so on, so forth, knowing some charge would stay on each target, in decreasing amounts.

As they ate their well-deserved dessert, these Jedi princesses kept eye contact between one another. Summer already seemed to regard Jessica as one even though they are not officially married, or even engaged. There was one thing left for Jessica to ask, knowing that her becoming a princess consort would ensure that there would be not only two, but three active Jedi princesses on duty, knowing Junko trains Summer as a Jedi. To be referred to as Her Royal Highness, Her Majesty even, in formal occasions, but outside of protocol, or high-level business functions, she was to be called by her name. For everyone around her, suddenly becoming a princess wouldn't sound right. Hopefully she wouldn't be uptight in protocol; although she would be formally styled HRH the Princess Jessica, she knows better than to pull rank based on a title alone. That was going to hurt, and hurt badly as a princess if she did that, even though even Jedi Princesses were known to sometimes be spoiled rotten.

"One last thing: I didn't arrange for that soirée for nothing. I have one thing to ask of you, pertaining to our relationship: will you marry me? If you say yes, sooner is better"

"As I understand it, my lifestyle as a princess will be quite different from my current lifestyle. How will my life will change once I become a princess?"

Oh, she would love to see that childhood face when she will see all three Jedi Princesses in one place. That person has been a traditionalist in some ways, with respect to no-attachment rules in particular, accusing both Junko and Summer (and Jessica as well, once her marriage to Summer formally begins) of being spoiled princesses with too many material possessions for their own good, while in others she was rather unorthodox. Real unorthodoxy lied in, well, how Jessica ran her day-to-day life: she earned a steady stream of cash thanks to royalties on items she designed, and Summer even had a 1/7 profit share on an item on which Jessica also collects a 1/7 profit share. Due to her boss' issues surrounding Korriban, Ringovinda StarYards may well end up being hers to run, and Charzon's seat as a Techno Empire Senator will be hers as a result. A lot of changes happening in so short a period, and Jessica is only prepared to face professional changes with respect to Ringovinda StarYards - Master Jutland is a little slow-witted to have her old position as a board member. Marcia will inherit Jessica's old position.

Meaning that extra perks afforded as a result of her becoming a Princess Consort would likely amount to a minor change. Jessica knew that Jedi Princesses were often known to be spoiled rotten and she hated that shallow depiction when she herself knew both of them in person. She knew Summer better than Junko but she did meet with Junko on one occasion. Junko wasn't a supremely brilliant princess by any stretch, but that was way back when Jessica was more absent-minded, more so than she is today. And used as a reagent for Force-comprehension, Drain Knowledge or Memory Enhancement much less often but still used as such nonetheless, not often enough to be complaining about it. Yet, that "childhood face" she is referring to took that very same Force-sensitivity test as a child, with one main difference that, as a Jedi Master, he became something different entirely. He became a run-of-the-mill Jedi Investigator, rather than a Technician like Jessica.

Many would have thought variable-geometry landing gears that bore her name as a model to be fragile, with so many actuators, each of them being a possible point of failure, but there hasn't been a single failure reported on any ship equipped with these: cruisers, Star Destroyers. That represented about 500-600 ships, on about 7,000 units, for about twelve million cycles total. Then again, Jessica expected cruisers and Star Destroyers to stay in flight for several days and to land less often than Neimoidian Yachts did, in which case landing gear routine maintenance could be conducted in flight.
