Felix would clutch her hand in return supportively, lean close and give her a short friendly embrace before her performance. They'd been through a lot in a short month. "Im really glad you like it." he would say with a genuine amount of joy in his eyes. A rare sight as he would almost blush at the sight of the nightingale before him. Realizing he would turn his face away to be out of the lights. Waving her to break a leg, he would take his place.
And sing she did, with all the power and talent of the masters Felix had studied for quite some time, the crowd enraptured, those in the boxes torn between vehement applause and scorn due to their rivals' enjoyment. Yet even they held the sparkle within their eye of the art and spectacle that was being brought to them. Productions like this were rare on Ryloth. Felix could not help but admire the woman's perfect pitch. It was almost as though it had been constructed by an AI, almost perfectly cut like glass as he would close his eyes and focus on the waves of her voice... almost... too perfect?
He couldn't help but think for a moment if she was somehow force sensitive, the waves were too even, although, with her chiss heritage it could just as easily having been her training.
Moving from her ballad however, Felix moved into the VIP room where everything had been planned, there were chairs, tables snacks fully catered with everything ready to go. The doors themselves in this room were reinforced with Titanium Durasteel alloy and biometric scanners for entry and exit. It was an expensive death-trap, but a death-trap none the less.
As soon as the set was finished, Felix would make his way to the VIP boxes, standing before them, clapping his hands together and announcing to each of them "Thank you so much for coming to this cornerstone performance, I hope each and every one of you enjoyed the act and the opening of the Lessu center for Culture. Now, should any of you wish to meat our lovely headline act, there will be a small meet and greet with wine and refreshments served in the second story lobby in one hour. The rest of you, who have so graciously purchased our coveted VIP Platinum package, please follow me where we will meet Lady Diamis over refreshments in this most exclusive and intimate setting."
Diamis after her performance would be met by one of the Planners "Ok miss! you have about 5 minutes to get the the VIP room. Felix should be waiting for you there in a moment~"
The VIP began filing in, a combined security force standing outside of the locked room keeping guard with several of the hired Aquila Soldiers. In the room the dignitaries and Lords of Ryloth would chatter with one another, the minister amongst them, their target, It wasn't Suu, but they were the third most powerful person on Ryloth, alongside their enterague there were enough of them here, that with their loss it would cripple their operations on the planet.
The stage was almost set. Just needed a distraction.
