Question, Is IC trolling not allowed?

It's perfectly allowable so long as it stays IC.

The problem is that often it switches to OOC. That's when it becomes an issue.

If it's part of who your character is, and so long as you're not metagaming (the location of another, information about another you wouldn't have etc) and have legitimate cause to be there? Sure. Just don't let it get out of hand, and make sure whoever it is you're ICly trolling is okay with it (on an OOC level)

As Valiens said, it's okay if it's IC. But only if it stays IC. Additionally, if the other person gets fed up by it, then it's not okay. There's a fine line between correct, appropriate IC trolling, and not correct, not appropriate IC trolling.

As someone said, it's best to PM the other person and work it out OOC before any of the IC comes into play.
