Random Run-in (Mit Tuxaire)

[Nefertari Sovint]

Three fighters were on my tail, I didn't know who they were. In an attempt to escape, I made a run for the nearest planet: Hoth.

I landed in a mostly open space, the R3 unit made some noise, one of my assailants soon followed. He held a metal tube, I knew exactly what that was. As his blade ignited in a bright orange, I force jumped out of the cockpit and ignited my own magenta blade. There were supposed to be soldiers here, somebody would probably notice.

By the time the boys back at base had powered the lasers and opened fire, two of the ships had already landed. I was geared up and on my way to the crash sites when I was ordered to go for the landing site- there was a fight between what was presumed to be a sith and a jedi. The anti-infantry turrets could not open fire with a jedi in the way.

I sped through the snow, rifle slung over my back and vibro-sword in its sheath, clipped on my belt. I stopped the speeder and hit the ground running. Slinging my rifle into my hand I scoped on the guy with an orange saber.

This man wasn't a sith, just a rogue looking for some sort of gain. I knocked his lightsaber from his hand with an advanced Shii-Cho technique before noticing the man with the rifle.
Force pushing my opponent into a snow bank, I turned to the rifleman and asked a simple question "Friend or foe?"

I said nothing, but I did open fire on the guy with an orange saber. After I was pretty convinced he wasnt getting up again I stood up from my crouched position, "That has yet to be decided." I said, and opened fire on the guy again. He wasnt down yet, force sensitives didnt go down easily.

I grabbed the man's lightsaber, ignited it and threw it at him. It didn't hit him, but landed dangerously close to him in between the legs
"Get lost, or next time I won't miss" I said to him
My attacker made a break for his ship

Once the two duelists had gotten far enough away, I started to walk towards the one who had won, I still couldn't tell who they were- the blizzard made everything almost impossible to see.
"Who are you." I yelled over the wind, I had my rifle pointed at the ground, but I left it charged.
I stopped when I got within a few meters.

Not knowing exactly who this person was allied with I decided not to reveal my connection to the Jedi
"I am Nefertari Sovint, a noble from Chandrila. Thank you for coming to my aid"

I looked the girl over, now that I was close Enough to see her, she was definitely not in clothes fit for Hoth.
"The name is Mit Tuxaire, Now, lets get out of here before you freeze to death." I said as I stepped towards Nefertari

"Thank you" I said, clouds forming as I exhaled "It's nice to see hospitality here"
I went with the man

"You're never going to make it back to the base." I said. I pulled off my heavy jacket, helmet, and facemask, and handed them to the girl.
"Take them, im more used to the cold."

"Are you sure?" I asked, donning them anyway "Thanks again" I extinguished the blade "Take me to this base you speak of"

"Why were those guys on your tail anyway?" I asked. I gave the girl a hand up to the speeder, and jumped on the front. I activated my comlink and notified the base of my return, "Wouldn't want to get blasted to a pulp before we even got back now would we?" I managed to say, the wind from the speed we were moving and the sheer temperature had already taken its toll.

I got closer to him, hoping to give him some heat at least.
"My ship isn't exactly common, I have no idea who those people were"

I tried not to look awkward, but I did.
"I'll tell the troops to send a team out and get your ship to base." I said "Er... Thanks." I added, referring to how she had gotten closer.

"Thank you, I never got who you are" I said as we entered the base "Though you are rather handsome..." *blush*

"Oh, um, The Names Mit, in just the scout out here..." I said, my face growing red. "Er... I didn't catch your name..." I flipped my hood down and awkwardly helped the girl take off her helmet.

"Nefertari Sovint, I am a Jed-I mean a noble from Chandrila."
One of the soldiers would call jokingly "Hey Tuxaire! Where'd you pick up the babe?"

"She was the one who managed to land! Glad you didn't shoot them all out of the sky?" I joked, giving the guy a playful shove as he walked past
"Er... Don't listen to those guys... they would do anything if they knew it would make me be a bit more social..." I said, turning back to Nefertari.
One of the troops made a joking catcall- "Guys, Will you cut it out?"
"Aw, but she's so irresistible!" A guy in the back of the room said, in an instant the room was in an uproar of laughter, even I was toppling over people, laughing my ass of.

I'd laugh with them
"Believe me, I've heard worse" she said to Mit, pulling 50 credits from her robe "Here's a little something for your trouble" I said giving Mit an innocent kiss on the cheek.

"No you kee-" The hall was quieting down now, but when the girl kissed him!
"Good on you mate!" one of the cannoneers said, and the hall was filled with talk. Another troop said- "Well, you gotta kiss her back!" The hall was full of laughter once again.
"You guys!" Mit said, a grin spreading on his face.
"Whew! Wait till the commander finds out the scout's got a girlfriend when he doesn't!" the troops were laughing their asses off, entertainment wasnt very common around here, and this was pure gold for the guys in the arctic.
