"They mean well, they really do..." Mit said, with a sigh he waved to the guys "Seriously guys, she's not my girlfriend, And I don't need more rumors spreading about me than I already have."
They nodded, each and every one of them. They loved to joke, but they took things seriously.
Mit turned to Nefertari, "The dining hall should be empty, or we could go to my bunking area, I could ask the guys to leave..." His face was a bright scarlet. It was obvious that he was more comfortable on his own- or with people he trusted dearly-

"Hey, it's alright. There's no need to be nervous around me."
I'd whisper to him "The dining hall would likely be a better place, knowing what I do of this lot"

"Sorry... I'm just more used to being alone..." I managed, "Its this way..." I started to walk through the crowd the soldiers were very courteous when Nefertari passed, trying to give her a bit more room than there was space for.
"Dont worry about them, they like to joke, but if we were to be alone, they would never take it like that. They have families you know? Or rather, most of them had families..."

I felt somewhat uneasy with their eyes on me. I walked past the crowd, knowing that they could likely tell my connections just by looking at me.
"You're nice, you know that?" I said to Mit "Where are you from?"

"Here I guess." I told Nefertari. I held the bulkhead door open for her as we entered the dining hall.
"Er... Do you... Want anything? I can go tell the chefs..." My voice trailed off, ended by how awkward I felt. 'I'm never this awkward... Why now?' I thought, a voice in the back of my head butted its way in, 'You like her don't you...' it said. I blushed, for what would seem like no reason at all, my face turned scarlet.

"I'm fine, thank you" I said
Upon seeing this man's face go red as a Sith's blade I asked "Are you alright?"

"Er... yeah..." I said; "Er... I think its a bit cold in here... I should go get my coat..."
I started to walk back towards the locker area.

I'd giggle " The Force can tell me many things, silly. You may have guessed by now, but I am more than a noble. I am also a Jedi knight"
I wasn't sure how this guy was going to react, but I'd said the words; there was no going back now

"I should have known, saber color and all." I said, my face was still red hot. "You're welcome to stay here, jedi or not. We're all rouges."
I set my goggles down on the table, I had forgotten to take them off when we got to the base, from the black lens's my gold eyes shown. "I was just thinking, youre kinda cute."
My spirits had risen now that I was back at the base, music blaring in the dining hall, and my confident speech was coming back.

I smiled, though there was some sadness behind it "It's been a good while since somebody has said that to me. Of course, I was thinking something along the same lines about you."

My face grew red again, "Thanks? I guess? Er... Im not really sure its true though, what would make me cute? I just run around the arctic..."

I shook my head, "Its my duty to be hospitable... And I really don't look 'nice'"

"Believe that if you want. Still; you're smart, and you've also shown that you are merciful. To put it shortly, you have a heart of gold. Also, you are no wimp. There are several traits I could admire. You certainly are one of the better guys I've met."

"You're better than most girls i've seen..." I muttered. I grabbed her hand, kissed it then spun on my heel and started to walk off towards the kitchens.

After a moment of chat with the cook I walked back to her, "Here." I said, my face was red as I handed Nefertari a mug of tea.
