2/5 It looks like a smaller gif was just copy-pasted onto a larger, and I've never personally fancied signature tags - though some of them I don't mind. The fast pace of the transition is irritating on the eyes. I'm a cruel critic, nothing personal (too many people hand out 5/5s like dat poodoo grows on trees)
