The pictures are great! Border is okay. Writing is fine, but both of the quotes don't really correlate with the other. And a lot of the imagery is greys, tans, and blacks. While the dragon is... purple. Doesn't fit.

Didn't give you the full review last time
I like the cityscape and two figures on the left (it's Zephyr armored and unarmored, correct?), but I don't get what's up with the woman on the right. While I don't know the meaning or symbolism of the logo there, it melds in well with everything you have. And while I'm not a fan of thicker backgrounds, I do like how it matches that of your avatar.

First, your sig is very nice. Looks really good with the Iron Empire tag as well. Red and blue/grey makes the sig pop just a little. 5/5
As for your questions, The symbol is actually a tattoo that Zephyr has on his right arm, and the symbol is imprinted on his right iris as well. *for unknown reasons*. the female is actually an NPC ghost by the name of Gale who has the same symbol on her left side respectively in the same places as Zeph. Gale and Zeph are somehow tied together, and the only reasons they know that are because of the symbol they both have, and because Zeph is the only one who can see Gale, and she can only interact with Zeph.
