Description: Given the durability of Armorplast, and the flexibility and resistance of Flexisteel, this armor type was created by combining protection with comfort. The plates of the armor are composed of Armorplast with woven Flexisteel overlays to reduce restriction in movement. Given the nature of the Republic Commandos, the armor has semi-resistant properties pertaining to energy weapon. The tension strength of the Flexisteel allows for the wearer to absorb more physical abuse, and the Armorplast can deflect minimal blaster fire. The helmet features an interactive HUD, internal comm, power cells for running the systems inside the suit. Air sealed capabilities allows the wearer limited protection in the vacuum of space, about 1 hour maximum.
