Rebels on the Ground on Coruscant

To help you and not have to read through the entire thread, I believe both Thane Drexel and Blaine Nightfall of the Rebels have deployed forces on the ground. I would target their forces and good luck!

LOL at that gif. Someone seems a little angry, right?

As far as I can tell salt and snark break no rules. I say keep fighting them until they don't want to play anymore :)

She has every right to be frustrated. Oddball's just a soldier, but 5 lords and all the armies of the Sith are guarding him. It makes no sense. Overwhelming odds is one thing. Instead, it just seems like victory is being made categorically impossible.

Welcome to the Sith capital. If you expect it to be easy to free a terrorist and bomb the capital you deserve to be crushed like tinfoil.

Why would anyone expect victory from 3-4 Rebels solo skirmishing the capital world of the Sith? The odds are overwhelmingly against them and wouldn't that make for an unrealistic story if not the case?

I have also heard unfortunate OOC chatter complaining that the group of Sith writers who are providing resistance aren't "going along with the story." Last I checked Chaos welcomes an environment where story is collaborative and is not dictated to me.

It's part two of the Skirmish on Csilla that happened when you were moving.

In a nutshell, the Rebels bombed the Csilla tube system and stole some tags. Then one of their prisoners was captured and taken to Coruscant. Rebels are using those stolen tags to fly in and try break their friend out.

Oh, and bomb our temples while they're at it, cause why not?

Just a minor insurgency that needs squelching.

I see......why does everything have to be about bombing? Whatever happened to sitting in a pub throwing back a few pints and debating with one another over who is going to win the football match?!!!!!! :)

I'll hop in as soon as I can. Still playing catch up.

It turns out the people I was told to engage are commandos who somehow think they can waltz on into the Temple without at least a Jedi Knight to accompany them.

This is ridiculous. If they don't give ground against a Sith then they're just full of it.

Also a raid of this proportion in order to work needs to be well coordinated, and it seems that the Repulbic has not coordinated anything, judging from the incoherent nature of the raid.
