I'll need you to bump up the mass to at least 5 kg as a penalty for the extended hilt and the physical blade. There needs to be at least two crystals for the dual phase feature to work, so please insert that somewhere in your write up.

In regards to weight, if I dropped the length of the hilt to 100cm, could I reduce the weight to 3.5kg-4kg?

Also, I edited the materials to reflect that two crystals are used.
