I've only been here a few months and had no idea that people pay attention to everyone else so much. Kay is the only character that I've ever rp'd, so there's only ever been the one relationship. It wasn't planned at all as none of my rp's really are. I just go with the flow and look for different situations that could help make my character grow. Gaining allies and friends on all sides help with that, despite the trouble it can cause. She has no family to speak of as I didn't come here knowing anybody. And I still get people confused with who plays who when I discover or am told that they play more than one character that I interact with.

So as far as any real friendships go, they are all attached to her commitment to stop slavery. She hasn't made any time for anything else.

relationships can be fun and well ones that develop naturally are great.... Right now after several threads [member="Darth Raven"] had to practically throw herself at Balaya to get her to notice she was flirting. The character still didn't know until Raven now said "You.... me date night now." Lots of fun from it and plenty of jokes.

You guys have amazing ideas and [member="Lady Kay"] i really loved the idea you had about the Late Husband who to this day holds dear to her heart, i love that Arc and i am thinking in a more Classical Arc, Standard, but still really good a la Tristan Isolde. Politics and royals houses in the way ect. Something that makes the relationship difficult, like being on different Faction (Jedi/Sith) or Dating a high Aristocrat that proceedings dictate should not be with someone who is not noble ect.
Organic so it can go anywhere, and can Plunge Animus in the Dark side because of heartbreak due to rejection or Love itself like it did with Anakin blind him with Jealousy ect.
He just needs the right Character to fall for and make the Arc and so far im working on that. Suggestions are more than welcome.

Grow your character before worrying about relationships. And when you get into a thread with another character and feel you have some chemistry there then you can worry about that.

I agree with [member="Braith"] . Though I don't know how much you've developed your character, [member="Animus Malgus"] . But spoiler alert for anyone trying to court Kay, more than likely they'll be rejected

yess yess. I am working on Animus a lot. But right now he still has good in him, he can be caring and merciful (as in the Skirmish threads) He does not like to kill innocents (Mayferria) and because of this causes worry in loyalty among his peers, I want his development to be organic.
Love is a path to the dark side [member="Lady Kay"] I should put up his RP's in the Bio... lol. But im just lazy.

I've only just started putting my threads in just recently. It's only taken me a bit to do so because I'm still new to forums and have only been here for three months now. I still don't know how to do a lot of the fancy stuff most people do, but that's okay. Simple works for me.

Sounds like you've done really well. Kay doesn't like to kill anyone, enemy or not. She'd rather knock them out and run...lol. But her long list of protectors (something she gains really easily) would be the ones to kill her enemies if need be.

I've had a couple that have wanted to try, but I think that I've put a stop to it. I think. Not sure....Quite possible. Hard to say, really. But at least none have even attempted a kiss or a touch. And thankfully none have called her cold hearted as of yet. She's just trying to protect them from death.
