  • Durable: Virtually immune to wear/tear as long as not in Force Nullification area
Weaknesses:
  • Trinket: It is literally just a VERY handsome and well made watch with a special curio ability. Nothing more or less.
Description:

Ijaat once received a rather minor trinket from his birth father which inspired this whole creation. The Annulum Ignis, or ring of fire, was a family heirloom designed by [member="Gabriel Sionoma"] to enable the wearer a calmer presence of mind and be able to access a sort of psychometric vision of various serene surroundings from Arkania. A beautiful and rare thing to be able to view ones 'home' from so far away, and a rather useful knack overall.

With a small gift for Psychometry himself, and talents in Alchemy and Force Imbuement, as well as a minor study in Jal Shey, Ijaat set about to replicate the abilities of the Ring of Fire himself, but in a wholly different fashion. Instead of a ring, each piece to commemorate the fallen of both sides of the Battle of Coruscant was to be a bespoke and amazingly well done analogy chrono fashioned like an old time pocket-watch. A small corporation Ijaat had came across was paid to help in the design and creation of them.

Each one was etched with the name of the Galactic Alliance in Aurabesh arcing over their own symbol of the stylized Starbird. On the inside of the lid made of meteoric silver from Coruscants' atmosphere was etched the name of the bearer, and the date and time those on the planet could see the night sky and the stars of Coruscant themselves, an event long unseen and unknown on the City-Planet indeed.

The internals were made of delicate and precision shaped electrum and other such fine metals, and the lens of the face of the chrono was made from restored and cleansed window shards of Coruscant, reshaped. The crystals inside were a variety of precious and non-precious stones found in the rubble of the planet and in asteroids and meteors from the surface and atmosphere.

Each face was lovingly hand painted by master artisans on a sheaf of a properitary mem-plastic that was known for being a psychometric sponge in that it held memories better than most materials. Then each of the main crystals of the time piece were Force Imbued and touched with Jal Shey in a special way, using the memories of several Alliance personnel to imbue the finished piece with the light of the stars of Corsucants night sky themselves, and if a Force User with the right focus, to lose themselves in a meditative trance in that moment when all the city lights went out, and the Stars of Coruscant shone bright as if to Herald a victory for the Galactic Alliance.
