A better solution could be to acknowledge the top IC contributors and posters. You don't need staff for this, the factions do it themselves. After invasions and stuff, I remember that the factions would hand out little sig titles for these sorts of things. Always thought those were cool.

Plus everyone knows Valery Noble is the site's top poster.
