!!IT IS TIME!!​

A loud voice cried out over the stadium, situated in the capital city of Rendili, the announcer taking a great amount of pleasure and obviously excited in the opportunity to declare this tournament officially begun. Crowds cheered along with the broadcast, their enthusiasm levels matching the announcer's own as they shouted and called for the matches to start. People bustled getting to remaining seats, vendors moved about the area trying to part ways with their wares, stalls outside the tournament zone worked to catch people coming and going, and the watchful eyes of members of the Rendili Home Defense Force which included several Blademasters, who were not helping to oversee the tournament operation, kept order wandering about the premises to prevent any outside fights, tampering, or essentially any breaking of crimes, rules, and conduct.

Very soon the first round of the tournament would begin. And once they did the participants would be well on their way to claiming the final victory and the prizes that went with it. These were only the very best who entered, they were a cut above the rest one could say. Preliminary matches hadn't been open to the public, but they had been in the same open arena, though some terrain was thrown in here and there, now and again, that the contestants were going to engage in fights in now. Still, those matches aired on the media front to keep people excited and more likely to attend once tickets went on sale for these final match ups in the official showing. Only the strongest, fastest, most skilled, and luckiest were remaining. They were the best. And now they would have to prove it!!

It seemed that HK's match was the first to go, and the first to end with the droid's swift defensive maneuver, Jeff's body malfunctioning, and HK taking advantage of that to finish him off.

In a couple of minutes Jeff has yielded and HK walked away victorious.

Crossing the threshold of the dark corridor leading into the arena's field his droid attendee, which was one of his Greycloak guards, handed him over another cloak, he just left one behind wrapped around Jeff's head after all.

"Thank you."

The droid nodded to the other unit as he clasped the new cloak around his shoulders, a simple cloak, not the usual chameleon garment he could use in combat to his advantage.

"What for next match, Baron?"

The Greycloak asked,

"I shall see who my next opponent is first, I am calculating that taking a saber and spear into combat would be most beneficial to me."

HK responded in hushed voice, just in case anybody was listening on to their conversation. The other unit simply nodded in response,

"Roger, roger."
