Republic Dominion of Ord Mantell

[Soeht]

The frigate could not handle the intense firepower and was soon disabled.

Knowing this, Kirk made the order to get a boarding team ready to get on board the frigate and investigate it. He also did not hesitate to volunteer himself. He got on a dropship and took off toward the strange hostile frigate.

 

[Alexandra Feanor]

Alexandra breathed in slowly, looking around and taking check of waht they had left to do here. "Almost done, keep it together." She moved her hands to put her sabers at her side and then took a breath in again before letting it out. "What now [member="Daella Apparine"], wheres the next objective?"

 

[Soeht]

Gathering up the strike team, Daella pointed to the a building at the other end of the landing pads.

"That should be the headquarters of the separatists. Their leader should be there. If we capture him, Ord Mantell will be safe," she informed everyone before she began to make the charge toward the building.

 

[Serah Oricion]

"ALL MEN FORM UP, KEEP THE PADS SECURED." He moved over to [member="Daella Apparine"] before crossing his hands behind him and taking a good look at the people that remained there, including the hire on [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]. "Our next move is to find the leader if im not mistaken?"

 

[Soeht]

It took several minutes before Kirk's dropship could make it to the frigate. They had no issue due to the weapon systems of the frigate being disabled. They made their way to a hangar and landed. They were not met with resistance - which bothered Kirk and the boarding team.

They secured the hangar and began to make their way into the frigate's corridors.

 

[Alexandra Feanor]

"LEts get on it then, its time to remove the threat from this world right now." Her body returned to its previous state, following Apparine and keeping close to the woman with her hands on her sabers with quick return to power. She would keep them off though until then, making sure that it was only activated once absolutely necessary.

 

[Soeht]

Several turrets dotted the head control building. These were far lighter than the ones at the main gate - and were easily blocked by lightsabers. Daella defended those behind her as she continued to push forward.

"Get inside!" she ordered, knowing that once they were it would be smooth sailing to their leader.

 

[Serah Oricion]

Yusan moved with them, saber on and at his side as he ran beeside them and let his body move with a bit of grace to it. Her removed his helmet though, letting his vision adjust and his eyes move faster. His face wore burnmarks now, his body moving quick before running through the corridors to the next threat to his Republic.

 

[Vulpesen]

Vulpesen grinned as he heard the com chatter. Of course, he had started this objective long before the rest and was already in the vents above the leaders. However, he was currently waiting to see what would happen. Motioning for his men to stop, Vulpesen simply took his time and watched the men within. They were pacing, talking, and preparing. They knew what was coming. They just didn't know how close it was. Having little faith in this mission, Vulpesen stayed his hand and started focusing on his stealth techniques, drawing himself into a minute then nonexistent presence in the force. After this, he simply worked on physical appearances, attempting to make a force cloak.

 

[Soeht]

After going down the halls of the frigate for what seemed like forever, Kirk made it to the bridge of the ship. There, they found a dozen people in what seemed to be Mandalorian armor. It was an ambush. Kirk and the boarding party took cover as the Mandalorians opened fired. They needed a plan quickly.

 

[Alexandra Feanor]

Her head nodded and she shot forward to the door, then diverted course to the guards whom the first she slammed her hand in. Then her hand reached for her blade as she activated them and destroyed the men's weapons without pause or heed. "Time for Retribution." Her hands went to the door controls, working through them and opening it.

 

[Soeht]

Daella continued to push. They eventually made it inside of the central control building. Despite being the brains of the entire separatist movement, the guards inside were the weakest they had ever met. Perhaps it was because no one was expected to have made it this far into the base.

The leader was not far from where Daella and [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] were.

"Just a bit further!" yelled Daella as they were just in the last corridor they needed to clear before reaching the head conference room.

 

[Vulpesen]

Vulpesen grinned as he got a thumbs from one of his men, a sign that he had cloaked without a flicker. Finally, now he just had to do this with practiced ease. He Continued the exercise several more times, taking breaks in between to rest as he waited for the rest of the missions operatives to enter the room below him. He could only imagine their surprise if he needed to drop in.

 

[Josh Dragovalor]

A man watched from the distance... Shaking his head.

War... War never changes.

 

[Soeht]

After almost of minute of suppressive fire, the boarding party began to fight back. It was close to a 1 to 1 ratio of Republic soldiers killed to Mandalorians - at first. Luckily, the Republic had the advantage of numbers - assuming there weren't more Mandalorians waiting to spring an attack.

Kirk continued to stay behind cover - due to not having much combat effectiveness in a straight up fight.

 

[Alexandra Feanor]

Alexandra's body didnt even stop, her blades moving through the enemy, targeting their weapons as she switched to form one. Moving from man to man she then found herself at the doors of the conference room where she looked at the separatist leader. "FOUND THE WORM." Her blades remained raised and her eyes focused, waiting for the others.

 

[Josh Dragovalor]

The man, hood up and all, watched... Watched, wished the Jedi weren't involved in this.

What had they become....

 

[Serah Oricion]

Yusan began to go from terminal to terminal with his men. "Get the data, i dont want a single thing left behind for someone else to find." His men were wiping the systems and crashing the servers while also looking for anything that signalled who had funded this whole rebellion. "This is just wrong, country men against country men, they should be working together."

 

[Soeht]

[member="Alexandra Cinthra"] found the separatist leader. However, there was also a Mandalorian, a Fringe representative, a Confederate officer, and a Republic civil servant all in the room.

Daella realized that the situation just got a lot more complicated. All the non-Republic people in the room immediately opened fired on Daella and the rest of the strike team.

"Disarm them if you can!" yelled Daella as she deflected blaster fire at her. The Republic needed to take these people in for questioning.

Finally, the man turned. He couldn't watch this anymore.

He was done with this. The Jedi were not tools of war, of building an empire....

Peacekeepers. Guardians.
