Her eyes remained on the sister as she backed away and was grinning now, her movements quick as she turned to look at the phrik in the cart and turned to look at a tree. The air around it changing as it distorted and then there was a pop of power where a hole was. "The power you wish to learn is combustion a combination of air and fire. It requires skill to learn and focus." She was looking upon the area and brought her hand up as she spoke. "The power of shaping fire comes from the breath and the energy of life, those who do not respect it cannot control it.... but there is no quick way to do this my sister." She started to walk and move forwards while lightly tapping with her fingers at the air. "We will need privacy and you will need to wear something you are not fond of, that can be considered disposable. While we bring the phrik back to the sisterhood I can teach you on the ship after I eat.... You however will need to be prepared to do as I say."

Indeed it sounded like a fairly difficult task to learn. However, Sitara was certain she could do it. [member="Sawa Ike"] was a great teacher, with all her years of experience. And Sitara, well, Sitara was an excellent student. Were there any clothes she wasn’t too particularly fond off? She had them. Could she focus to learn combustion? She believed so. They needed privacy, and privacy was at the ship. “I understand. I will be very obedient, sister.” She said. She truly wanted to learn the skill. “Let’s head back to the ship now.” She said, beginning to walk out the ship.

She held a grin on her face while waiting for a moment and walking with the cart. She was pulling it behind herself while letting her senses expand outwards until they reached the entrance of the mine they had went down in. The entry way they had come into the reserve from had Demeter standing with a look on her face as she starred down at the human she had killed. Getting the cart to the ship and inside Sawa stood with the cart as she left it there for the moment as the phrik was theirs and she was eating. Her energy reserves needed to be at full while she slid the bodysuit off of her body and stepped into a thin white dress. Not really made for protection but more for being disposable before she secured it to her waist with a small belt and walked towards one of the training rooms to teach. THey had the pilot taking them back into the unknown regions. "So are you prepared to begin?"

Once in the ship, Sitara threw on a pair of sweatpants and a plain tank-top. Comfortable, and easily replaceable. Hey, she had like a million of these. She had her yoga sessions and rituals after all. She wondered if [member="Sawa Ike"] was finished with her meal since she was excited to learn from the older sister. She smiled as she met with the older woman who asked her if she was done. Sawa looked nice in a thin white dress, though Sitara thought it was too pretty to dispose. She bowed her head slightly. “Yes, sister.

Sawa looked at her outfit and standing there she moved allowing herself and the being Demeter was watching as she moved around the woman. The smile on her lips as she looked sated for now but slowly spoke. "It is good that you have come and are ready, for this lesson though I cannot teach you one, because a shaper. One who is skilled in the arts must be able to understand all parts of the whole, find a balance within themselves in their own inbalances as it were. We are sith sisters, we have emotions, we have rage. These can make your control falter, they can endanger you and those with you."

She moved standing there as she didn't take more but slowly started to speak to explain it to her. Energy dancing off her hands and her eyes watched her movements. "Fire is a symbol of power of warmth, energy and protection. The people who shape fire have the energy, will and desire to achieve the goals they create for themselves and push forward but it is no stronger then the other elements of the world and the purest expression of it... is the coldest rage. Lightning can be made from the energy and strike at others."

She stayed there moving to be behind Sitara as she placed her hands that were covered in flames for a moment until she touched her shoulders with the flames snuffing out. "The shapers of the earth are diverse and varied just like its name sake able to be coarse shifting sand or solid stone. They are traditional and humble, patient and enduring. The power they create is rooted to the ground connecting them deeply to the planets heartbeat. The purest form of their energy and power is to find the refined earth that is metal and shape it to their will, to focus their powers."

Her body moved around her while she looked more at her throat explaining it with her breath coming out and moving slowly along the skin in a circle of energy. "The shapers of the air are kind and passive, elusive and as intangible at times. They have detached themselves from the world they knew so that they might have nothing to hold them down. The purest form of their powers and focus is to enter and find the focus of the ether, the other worlds beyond shadow. Their movements are circular building power as they move to avoid before striking." She sucked the air back into her lungs for a moment while her incisors extended.

"The final form of shaping and the most adaptable are the shapers of water. They are capable of moving of adapting and of learning many things. Their sense of community and love for each other unites them as they can douse fire, carve earth and fill the air. The purest form and greatest feat is the change from a solid to a liquid as they form ice. A shaper able to use the elements to their advantage know how to create even stronger things. They know how to shape the world to their thoughts." Her face came closer as she inhaled the scent of the woman and was listening to her heartbeat.

She had gotten the soldiers with them to bring her supplies as they were placed inside the room. "To alter and move the water is less about strength and more about alignment, about your breath, body structure and visualization." Sawa stood still as her arms moved slowly outwards and inwards that allowed her to visualize the flows of water. "The rising of the tides moves the water, it is soft able to go and form anything that you need it to. A change of state from liquid to to a solid is what a person must do if they wish to survive at times in a dangerous world. Softness and breath are more powerful then hard aggression."

Next she moved on letting Sitara practice for a moment before becoming rooted more and focusing as her stance became one that even the energy vampire couldn't be knocked over from. "Earth is about strong stances, being solid and rooting yourself to the earth. Feeling the power of a powerful step as you move from left to right." Sawa demonstrated more and brought up slowly pebbles from the ground before she kicked one off towards the wall. She lept up a little maintaining a tucked form and brought a rock up as her feet touched the ground before kicking it. "Powerful actions with soft fleeting movement, choose the moment before you need to become solid."

Then she was moving quicker and more focused with attacks that seemed disjointed but proved powerful. "Fire is strong, power, energy, heat and life it is something every species in the galaxy needed to discover to protect itself. It is what holds back the dark and yet is so easy to use when angered. Your movements are quick and powerful radiating as you inhale heat and energy. Your strength powerful and dynamic while you quickly attack in rapid succession, quick advances and retreats, wider stances, circular movements to generate and form attack and leaping techniques."

Sawa kept moving faster and quicker now leaping and kicking while her fists when she touched the ground punched as well. The fiery arcs coming from her and the small yells showing much as she stopped and focused inwardly inhaling and kicking off with a circular movement of her arms. "Lightning is energy, is power but it is does not only need rage as many believe, it is coldness, buried down feelings that you express it a quick blast of energy." Her hands kept circling before sparks appeared and Sawa shot a finger out sending it into a training dummy. "That is why it is called the cold fire at times. It can be beautiful to look at but just as all things it is very dangerous."

Sawa moved for the final form and got into a stance, her hands coming out while she started to move in a circle and generate her own small gust of air. "Shapers of the air move in circles, it creates power, creates energy but not so fast they get dizzy. It is a slow and precise movement. Your movements are constant not allowing others to get a solid hold on you and you become like the air, become intangible and strong. Each movement allowing you to build up energy and power for when you need to attack, when you need to strike." Sawa kept moving and then stopped spinning around and letting a solid blast of telekinetic and air distorted hit a dummy.

"As you move the goal is to get behind who you fight, hand on their spine so they cannot come face to face with you. This will allow you to maintain the advantage and upper hand if you must fight but this is mostly to not fight. Use it to escape and move away." Sawa stopped and stood there as she looked at the woman motioning for her to try it as she looked her over and moved to stand behind her while she spoke. "Until you can preform these the advanced techniques and abilities will be unable to be used by you. You must understand the danger and ability of fire to spread wild as well as the air of passive nature of air to ignite and detonate it."

Emotions. That was one thing Sitara always struggled with. She was too carefree sometimes, often doing things simply on a whim. Her spontaneity was a gift, and at the same time a curse. Sawa’s first lesson was to control her emotions, and she remembered Valdra and Ballen giving her this instruction as well. When she learned how to wield fire, when she learned how to wield wind, she learned how to control herself.

Lightning was much easier for her to control and create than fire. Perhaps it was because she was the epitome of lightning, wild and carefree, and struck down those who she was drawn to. She bit her lip, listening to the wise woman’s words. She stayed in place as the woman circled her.

[member="Sawa Ike"] moved behind her, and placed her flame covered hands on her shoulders. She flinched, only because she wasn’t expecting it. Traditional…humble…Sitara was much to unorthodox and prideful for those values. She understood that learning such things required patience, and in order to reach her end-goal, she needed to know when to sacrifice her own personality.

Wind was something she had trouble with, but still managed to learn. Sawa was amazing at teaching it, and perhaps, she could learn the rest of the elements from her as well. “If we have time, will you teach me how to shape water and earth after?” She inquired, keeping her head down and respectful. She wanted Sawa to know that she had her full attention.

Her lecture was empowering, and it was something she needed to know. Everytime someone taught her shaping, they only allowed her to feel. She never recieved something as in depth as this, and Sitara truly appreciated it.

There is much to learn. I will be your humble student.” She nodded. “I will listen and obey."

"Then you will need power, more then a normal human can hold for now." She looked at her while moving and lifting the pebbles. "Or at least one who knows how to use the force, this isn't about that energy this is tapping into a whole second school of thought. Just like the witches have their magics away from the force, the shapers have their magics outside. It took me a thousand years of feeding and study to learn after I was freed from my coffin. Then another thousand to hunt down the descendents of those who betrayed me and devour every part of them. Body mind and soul. You humans however are fragile creatures and living longer then a century."

She flicked her hand to brish it off, she was certain Sitara knew humans who were old and frail while she was walking over by her. "However there are ways to get stronger, meditation is one that is often used. Reflecting on each aspect of what you have learned and with the proper training this can be one of the strongest things. There is also ripping the power from the heart of your master but that is not always recommended. I prefer my peoples way which is consuming the lives of others but there is more to it." Sawa moved as she presented her neck with a small nail running along the curve of it. "Just like we can take life so do can we give it."

She stood there as the chill of the training room came to her and the white dress was clinging to her. "With permission of course, I can give you some energy to be stronger. To feel the elements as I do and understand what makes the air excitable, what it feels like to have the air filling every portion of your lungs, to touch the fire and have it not burn but run along your skin like water, to for the briefest of moment shape the water into whatever you want and control its form, and to hear the vibrations of the earth. It is not without cost however my dear but to do what must be done will require your senses to reach a higher level as it were."

More power than a normal human can handle.

Sitara was disheartened to hear that. She had trained, and trained, and trained, but no matter how she put it, she was still a normal human. She wasn’t otherworldly like the gorgeous [member="Sawa Ike"] , who probably could kill a thousand men in a sitting without her help. She knew her weaknesses, and it was why she wanted to get stronger, so that she wouldn’t have to feel helpless in plenty of situations. Sawa had more than two-thousand years to train. Sitara didn’t really want to ask the dreaded question: How old was she?

Meditation. That…took time? And how much time did she really have? She didn’t want to live forever, but heck, she didn’t want to keep thinking about her actions too. That was quite the opposite of what a totally reckless and spontaneous person did. She sighed. Perhaps, this was heartless.

With permission, I can give you some energy to be stronger.

Sitara’s ears perked up as she turned to the lady in white. What was she offering? She hoped this was a temporary solution, she didn’t want to live forever, but she certainly wanted to learn those abilities. “…As long as the consequence isn’t giving up my entire life, then yes. You have my permission.” She was going to have the power.

More power than a normal human can handle

She looked at her and moved forward, her eyes shifting from silver for a moment to a shade of red while her fangs extended with a snake like a snake. The voice coming out while the slice on her neck welled up creating a crimson streak that soaked into the dress. "Drink and take some of my energy. Stop when you feel my heart slowly and your senses can hear the pilots heartbeat." She brought her hand up to pull Sitara's head down to the curve of her neck with her instructions being whispered before she spoke a little more. "As for your life, only if I feed upon you my sweet sweet girl." She closed her eyes for the moment focusing on her blood as it was made to shimmer and energy rich to empower. "Enjoy the taste of five thousand years of life and pursuits of pleasure." As she was speaking there were a few things being brought in with more dirt and stones, buckets of water and candles to practice.

Blood.

Energy.

Sitara was hesitant for a moment, until a hand guided her head onto the woman’s neck. She could smell the rusty smell of the red liquid. Iron. Her lips glided onto the older woman’s neck, hands moving towards the older woman’s body. It wouldn’t be her first time to taste blood, but it would definitely be her first time to drink it. She gulped down the salty red liquid, it hit her throat with a fury.

She was scared of what was happening.

She could feel her own heat begin to rise and a ringing sound penetrating her ears. She could feel her senses heightening, as though she was given a shot of a drug nobody had yet to discover. Five thousand years of pleasure and pursuits rushed down her pale throat.

The room around her begun to spin, and she could hear every tiny step being made in the ship. The pilot’s own heartbeat pounding in her ears. She wanted to stop, and she forced herself to.

Pulling away from [member="Sawa Ike"], blood dripped down her crimsoned lips. She wiped it with the back of her hand and gasped.

Hahahaha Sawa was looking at her as she got the hit.... That rush to her head as the energy vampire was looking and feeling it. Her bite was needed for control but she knew from servants in the past that the feeling could be addictive. Sitara was taking in something older then her, something full of life from not just one person but a lifetime of feeding and consuming the life energies of other beings, of species across the stars. Her voice came out husky like she was enjoying herself and moving around. Her heart beating faster and faster as her hands touched together gently. She was patting her hands together in time to her heart rate.

"Shhh shhh shhh it is alright, you are going to feel oh so many sensations but you need to focus. Your senses will hear and feel everything that comes to you. Find the small threads of sensations in your mind so they do not overwhelm you." She continued to stand there behind her lightly tapping with her heart beating along the length of the woman's arms. Sawa's eyes were watching forward for her to get herself settled before she was speaking in barely a whisper. "Once your senses settle, listen tot he sound of my voice. Listen to my words and focus on the energy that flows from them."

Sawa moved aside a little hair. "You will be able to feel the air as it comes from my lungs and caresses your skin. Each sensation something new and your eyes will be able to see them as they tickle the small hairs along your neck. Feel the moisture as it forms along your body and the heat as your skin slowly becomes like an exposed nerve scolded from the heat. You will want to root your sensations to yourself and realize each one can consume you if let it. This is what you shall need to focus on the elements and the discipline to control them. The essence of a shaper my dear."

She was feeling dizzy and overwhelmed by every new sensation. Sitara could feel the wind surfing through her nose and filling her lungs. She could hear every light scratch, every soft movement that Sawa was making. Was this…what it was like to feed off of the lives of other people? The taste…it was easy to live with and she was scared that after this training session, she’d crave for more. What if she wanted to turn into one of them?

Sitara listened to the velvety voice belonging to [member="Sawa Ike"]. Her words were comforting, and Sitara stumbled to listen to her every instruction. Her mind was simply receiving so many different kinds of information, it was hard for her to settle down. She bit her lip and struggled to keep her mind focused.

Focus Sitara.

Focus.

She had to find her inner peace in order to keep the world from melting around her. Every touch shocked static onto the back of her head. Every word uttered stroked her ears with tenderness.

She had to focus.

And as she fell to her knees, her head hit the wall sending sharp vibrations to her brain. She closed her eyes for a moment, needing to relax.

And then she found it; the inner peace she needed to move on.

Sawa, are you there?

She knew the older woman was indeed present. She could still smell her blood after all.

Sawa was watching her and she looked upon her more and more curious. The woman was working hard to control herself and fell to her knees as her body froze. Collapsing down into a crouch as she didn't move her chest or blink. Eyes remaining on her with the weight while she finally moved to hold her and speaking. "It is okay my dear I am here." The sensations coming to her mind might have been enough to drive her mad if she had kept drinking based on this reaction and Sawa placed her hand on the girls face. Looking down at her and standing still like a statue almost while her silver eyes showed more.

"Focus on one sensation at a time." She froze her body slowing down as the beating of her heart became a slow thump, the rushing of blood under her skin to try and keep her moving after losing so much to her sister. The lose of heat to her body as she began to feel room temperature and then there in her eyes. The unnaturally silver eyes flicking with flecks of other colors, metallic parts pin wheeling through it to create small tear drops within her eyes while she brought a hand up. Unblinking and near unbreathing while her voice came out. "Focus and find what keeps you in control, you don't want to drown in so many sensations you hurt yourself."

Focus.

Focus!

Sitara forced herself to tune out the world and just listen to the older woman in front of her. It was helping. She felt like a camera stuck in zoom, though she was beginning to pan out. She slowed her breathing, allowing her to focus all the more. She slowly got to her feet, opening her eyes cautiously. Everything would be overwhelming but she had to make do.

She had so much to learn.

She found Sawa and her eyes hovered over every visible pore in her body. Sitara coughed, weakly looking around. She was so much stronger now, but the strength was overbearing. She gritted her teeth.

I can do this.

She was watching her and slowly the girl was getting it as she moved speaking with her body making no sounds while she walked. The muscles under the dress moving like they had more in different places giving a more predatory step to it. "Now as your body focuses and finds its center remember your breathing. The power is all about the breath you are taking into yourself, the power you are pushing throughout and as it leaves the extremities you will be able to feel its flow. This is the nature for shaping water and the determination and focus on centering yourself is the basis for all of it."

Sawa was standing there in front of her with the buckets the others had brought while she stood at the ready. "Stand still and tall, rest your tongue just touching the roof of your mouth and inhale." Sawa's feet were there on the balls of her toes for a moment and she was pulling her clenched fists in while she inhaled letting the sound of the air fill her lungs before it was vibrating throughout her body and coming out into the room to pull at the water. She exhaled sending the energy to push the water and continued several times. "Expansion and retraction, in and out as the water moves so will your mind calm."

She was happy [member="Sawa Ike"] was there to teach her. The older woman was strong and powerful, with thousands of years of experience. Sitara could only learn from this and become better. She stood tall, her tongue rested. She continued to inhale. She could smell the buckets of dirt and water that were brought out for her. She felt like she was ready.

Suddenly, the world didn’t seem like such a distracting place. She felt completely focused, completely in tune with the surroundings around her. She focused on the women in the beautiful white dress. “I feel ready, ready to learn.” She said, carefully moving around.

Sawa nodded and continued to do the movements until she was able to mirror her. "Focus on the movements of your body, allow the force to collect within you and your lungs. Then push it outward with the movement of your body slowly. You have the balance and calmness for right now." She was letting her energy move the water while it slowly snaked out of the bucket she was focusing on and allowing the energies to wrap it around. She had a grin on her face though while letting her body relax and her heartbeat slowing while the line healed sealing slowly on her shoulder.

She needed to mirror the older woman, to allow herself to understand and feel the ebb and flow of the water. That was how she was going to learn this, through control and submission. She had to let herself be swallowed by this newfound power, yet at the same time, not lose to it. She calmed herself down, collecting the force within her. She drew in heavy, deep breaths before pushing the force out of her body in small doses, like air blowing out of a tiny hole.

Sawa continued the lesson as she pushed the force though her body and allowed Sitara to mirror her. She could hear the woman now as she was beginning to calm and feel the sensations before she steadied herself and spoke. "There you go, your body is starting to adjust to the blood and energy. Soon you will be able to use it and remain intact with enough effort." She had the grin on her face more while moving and letting her hands come out while she pushed them out and pulled them in. She wanted to move do this proper and not rush ahead because her sister wanted to know a great deal of technique. She had spent her years learning and slowly working towards the end goal as the water she was using moved about. "Continue and have the water wrap around the strands I have created."

[member="Sawa Ike"] ’s instructions were simple, though the practice itself was fairly difficult. Sitara took a deep breath before concentrating on the water. She saw a ripple form through the pail. It was a sign that she could at least control it. There was definitely a difference with shaping and telepathy, the former, she learned from valdra. She had to create her own water, but first she had to learn how to move the water.

It started to move, floating out of its container before wrapping around Sawa’s strands.
