Ryana watched connels and busters interaction "buster your a good boy and cute as a button" she said as buster looked at the lethan twi'lek and barked in agreement. Before turning back to the droid her heart swelled buster was what she hoped pip would be one day mostly obedient and adorable but it wasn't in the racyons nature. As much as she tried to beat her head against that wall so to speak and as connel shut down the droid ryana walked up to the droid.

Almost on instinct she popped open a panel on the droid without tools as she looked at the internals of the droids chassis she couldn't see anything wrong with as pip climbed onto her shoulder and looked in aswell. Sniffing as he did so as he projected a vision into ryanas mind as she "you little turd" she said as she redid the wiring pip did to its original state she quickly took the second dog treat away from pip and threw it to buster "it seems pip did some basic rewiring while your droid recharged" she said standing there.

Connel’s jaw dropped at the thought of what she just said.

Not that the Racyon managed to rewire it, but that Pip had done so when it was recharging and Connel didn’t catch him doing it. SO he laughed, it was all Connel could do at this point.

Too smart for his own good.. Then as he saw Buster’s reaction to the extra treat, Connel gave him a look. It was clearly in jest, but still.

Don’t get used to those, “Tubby.” The look on Buster’s face as he growled. Connel laughed as he knew that the pup “got the joke”. You heard me. Why what are you gonna do?

Showing what was in his heart, Buster actually carried the treat back over to Pip and went back to his own, “grumbling” the entire time.

Ryana watched connels and busters interaction and seeing buster return the treat she had given him. Ryana gave connel a disapproving look "don't you be mean to him and he's not tubby his fluffy and adorable" she said as she picked up buster who barked in agreement as she gave him love as she walked towards the holoprojector with buster in her arms and pip riding on her shoulders. "Connels a big ole meany" She said sarcasticly to buster who hapily barked as shs set buster on the holoprojector and pip hopped off her shoulders as he and buster began playing.

Ryana began working on the holoprojector as buster and pip harmlessly played on the holoprojector making ryana smile the two of them where two peas in a pod. Ryana made sure the holoprojector was off while she worked and they played.

Connel just watched as his “best friend” was being willfully buttered up and eating it all up. “Tubby” indeed. As soon as Buster looked his way, he would see Vanagor with a handful of treats slipping them into his pocket. Uhhhhh huh Finally the droid seemed okay after some work being done on him.

Ryana continued working on the console as she kept an eye on pip and buster. It was true that buster had wiggled his way into her heart while she was watching him during connels recovery he was definitely a big old cuddle bug atleast for her she smiled as she watched him and pip an unlikely friendship. But a friendship nonetheless she heard buster bark as he looked at connel causing Ryana to look back at connel aswell.

She picked buster up and set him on the ground "go get him" she said to buster as buster ran up to connel and gave connel a woof. As buster patted at connels leg as he woofed again looking up at connel. Ryana watched the buster and connel she felt like she had found a family to belong to even if there was nothing tying her and connel it was buster and pip who brought them together.

Connel chuckled as he was roughhousing with Buster pretending to not watch Pip sneakily trying to grab the treats from his pocket. Oh, you little troublemaker, he said with a smile. He gently pushed Pip away and reached into his pocket to grab a treat for the racyon.

But before he could give it to Pip, Buster came bounding over, his tail wagging excitedly. Connel laughed and tossed the treat to Pip, who caught it in his mouth with a mischievous grin.

Alright, you two, Connel said, kneeling down to pet both animals. Let's play a game of fetch, shall we? Buster barked happily and ran to grab his favorite toy, while Pip chattered excitedly and followed suit.

For the next few minutes, Connel played with his furry friends, laughing and enjoying their company. Despite their different species, Buster and Pip got along famously, their playful antics bringing joy to Connel's heart.

As the sun began to set, Connel sat down on the floor of the ship, exhausted but content. Buster curled up next to him, while Pip perched on his shoulder, both animals nuzzling him affectionately or so it looked. They were swiping treats, he knew.

Ryana chuckled at pip and buster with connel the pair where definitely adorable and made an excellent team and both obviously liked connel. She figured now would be an amazing time to finish working on connels ship so while connel played with buster and pip ryana worked. Fixing the problems she could find that pip caused the little rascal was definitely worth having around when he wasn't being mischievous.

As she finished she found connel with the two miscreants as she looked at pip. "I think you've had enough treats for one day pip" she said as pip looked up at her and crawled up ryana to her shoulder eating the last treat he had. Ryana scratched pips head making pip pur on her shoulder as she kneeled down. "Thanks for distracting them so I could work" she said to connel as she scratched busters head "buster stop being so adorable" ryana said jokingly as buster woofed in protest making her smile. She was definitely going to miss having buster around but he was home with connel now which made her happy he was here he belonged "it's gonna be a little wierd not having buster around all the time but I'm glad he's back with you full time again he seems happier already" she said.

Sitting up, a little surprised at the tone, he wondered. That sounds like someone who is planning on being a “stranger”. Sorry… getting up amid Buster’s repeated demands and picking the puppy up with him. ... but you’re stuck with us. Buster of course yapped in agreement as he wiggled and wriggled his way into getting Connel to hold him close enough for a lick of Ryanna’s nose.

I do thank you wholeheartedly for watching Buster, and am glad to have him back, but that is not the end of it. Connel smiled. He had not done so in a while. I meant it when I said that you’re “family”. Buster was wiggling and wriggling, interested in the sound Pip was making, like he was some kind of motor. He’s happier right now, and will probably stay that way, but… he clearly likes being around you two, too.

Ryana smiled back at connel and buster I'm what she had said sounded like she was planning on leaving which she wasn't. But she understood how it could sound that way "don't worry you two aren't getting rid of me that easily I'm sure pip would see to it otherwise" she said as she watched buster wriggle and wiggle as connel lifted him up she giggled as the puppy licked her face. "Yes buster I love you too" she said giving him head scratches.

He had wiggled his way into her heart "thanks I've never had a family before" she said honestly as she watched buster continue to wiggle and wriggle. He was definitely a handful "I was happy to watch buster he helped wear out pip while playing" she said as buster yapped. Ryana looked down at buster "don't yap at me young man" ryana said lovingly as she played with buster while he was in connels arms.

It was obvious that his statement hit her right in the feels and she was trying to play it off by playing with Buster, which was cool. Of course this meant that Pip was trying to regain the spotlight by running along his arm and reaching into one of his shirt pockets. Hey! You little scamp! You know what pocket the treats are inANNNND why did I say that… Laughing more because Pip was hitting his ticklish spots, heyHeyHEY! Buster was of course now trying to play with Pip while being held by Connel..

Okay, you are going down. Putting Buster on the floor, and pulling a couple of treats out of his pocket while play-smacking Pip’s paws and dropping them on the floor, he stood erect. Pulling out a headset comm-link and putting it in his ear, he pushed a couple of buttons. Hi Mother! I’m good and you? Yes… yes I’m eating regularly… yes, they DID receive everything, thank you. Yes, she’s right here. Could you confirm something for me? Okay.. sure… Pulling it off and offering the headset to her.

She wants to talk to you….

When Ryanna would put the comm-link to her ear, she would be told by Chrysa that she was in no uncertain terms “family” and that she was always welcome anywhere they were and that if she ever needed anything to simply mention it. Connel didn’t need to hear this to know what she said as he smiled. See!

She had continued to scratch buster as pip climbed over to connel to try and get treats. She watched connel and pips interaction pip was being unusually friendly with connel but pip did live with him for a couple days. So they may have grown on each other she smiled and as pip and buster began eating the treats connel had given them ryana knelt down and scratched both buster and pip.

both where happy as a clam as they quickly finished their treat and began playing again "I wish I had half the energy you two have" she joked. As pip and buster played she watched them. Before she was freed from slavery she never could have imagined that she would love two fur balls so much. It made her happy to experience it but sad to know it took her this long to experience the love an animal could give her as she felt pip tugging at her pant leg as he probably felt what she did through the force.

Buster also sat there looking up at her as she knelt down to pat their heads both looked happy as connel said someone wanted to speak to her. She took the commlink she smiled "thank you" she said somewhat chocked up as she handed it back to connel as she held back tears. She felt pip hug her leg as she gave connel a hug as she heard buster growl while being left out. Laughing at the small dog who growled and barked ryana let go of connel and picked up buster "no one forgot about you cutie" she said as buster licked her face.

The hug was a surprise, but it was well received. She needed this and he seemed to get that more than even he realized. Of course Buster was being Buster.

Tubby little Diva… Laughing to himself, he watched Buster lap Ryana’s face then look at him, cant his head for a moment as if realizing what Connel just said and barked in a manner that said “HEY!”You heard me. Buster was going to give Connel what for and literally jumped out of Ryanna’s hands.

Quick reflexes allowed Connel to catch his best friend who was now wiggling and wriggling. Talk about “energy”! He laughed, scratching Buster behind the ear.

So… you wanna get out of here? Need a ride?

She laughed at busters and connels interaction and how they acted together. "You get him buster lick his face off" she said jokingly as buster was being a little ball of energy pip climbed onto ryanas shoulder causing the lethan twi'lek to scratch pips head. "Your alright pip" she said as pip licked her face it was a term of endearment she used for pip. And pip new it as she looked back at connol "I would like that it would be better than walking the few hundred levels back up especially with this one" she said pointing to pip.

Buster barked with approval as he was wiggling even more now. Knowing what this meant, Connel quickly put him down.

Okay okay… sheesh… go do your thing… Looking at Pip, curious as to where the pup was going, Connel chuckled and shook his head. Trust me, you don’t want to follow him right now..

Let’s get out of here. Walking up towards the cockpit and pressing the activation button on the loading ramp, he didn’t pay attention to the hiss of steam that coincided with the ramp. Buster came running out of his constitutional barking up a storm as Connel just laughed..

Every time… you go nuts every time… Sitting in the pilot’s chair he began to start up some of the systems. Buster of course settled into his favorite bed in the cockpit area playing with a toy. He would try and get Pip to play, but he hadn’t figured out just to look up on the Twi’Lek’s shoulder.

Ryana chuckled at connels and busters interaction they loved each other alot just like Ryana and pip did but she knew that already as buster ran off she petted pip as the little racyon watched buster leave she felt pip wanted to run after buster. But she dissuaded him through their bond ryana sat in the co pilot seat of the ship.

Pip crawled down to ryanas lap sitting down she stopped pip from pressing buttons as she heard buster barking as he ran up to the cockpit. She laughed "he's definitely a little character although I guess the same could be said for this one too" she joked towards the end. As pip stuck his tongue out before crawling down her leg and going to buster as the pair began playing she watched them for a moment. "Your stuck with us" she said to connel as pip and buster played with busters toys on his bed.

Wouldn’t have it any other way… Looking at Pip, who managed to get Buster to start chasing his favorite toy in a game of fetch and marveling at just how smart that little racyon is. ... you’re stuck with us too.

Moving up through the traffic and dodging a few speeders, he had a devilish look in his eye… before nodding back to the two little ones.

Watch this…. Pressing a button and suddenly two robotic arms protruded and began tossing the toys outward. Pip was naturally confused, as Buster knew what was going on and stopped himself from initially chasing after one of them and growled knowingly at Connel. Vanagor just laughed..

You love it and you know it.

She smiled at connels comment as she watched pip and buster playing fetch they where definitely the odd pair but watching them made her heart swell with love she figured she would have. A year ago "busters worth keeping around juries still out on you" she joked which got buster to bark playfully in response. As pip threw the ball again ryana used the force to nudge the ball making buster have to chase it around a little bit pip imitated clapping at watching buster. As the puppy began growling and barking at it ryana stopped letting buster get it.

As connel deployed the metal arms that continued to play with buster pip found his way onto ryanas lap and took a nap as she gave pip head scratches. She was surprised that pip got tired of quickly she then felt busters paws on her legs as she helped him up she watched buster and pip snuggle up to each other as the twi'lek petted both of them looking at the two adorable beings on her lap she didn't move for fear of awakening them.

It was cute the way that Buster nuzzled up to Ryanna, true, he never does this with Connel, but they had a bond all their own. Connel had gotten busy paying attention to the airspeeders when finally they had reached the landing ports to the Jedi Temple. The comm-link viewer flipped on as normal, but this time the landing controller was dubbed in Huttese. That was obviously something Pip had gotten into as the Weequay in the background was speaking Cheunh and the human Jedi… Master Bucket, Connel recognized him as speaking Shyriiwook.

Smirking, he just shook his head and confirmed where they were being sent to land. Too smart for his own good.

Ryana never moved as buster and pip nuzzled up to her as connel flew the four of them to the jedi temple. She petted both softly as they landed she let out a laugh as the translator spoke in huttese "classic I'll fix it in a moment" she chuckled she didn't approve but being mad at pip and trying to discipline him never worked she could beat her head and lekku against that wall or embrace pip for who he was.

She could see connels reaction "imagine living with him full time I have to have my whole room finger and voice print locked and even then he gets into stuff and escapes my room occasionally" she said as pip stuck his tongue out in his sleep as if he knew he was being talked about. As connel landed ryana carefully spun her chair around and switched a few settings on her console getting the settings back to normal. For connels translator as she petted buster and pip again "I guess one good thing about having pip is that he's forced me to learn new skills and he keeps me pretty active" she said scratching pips head. As she picked both buster and pip up waking both up "alright buster back to daddy" she said giving buster a kiss ontop of his head causing buster to lick her chin.

She looked down at pip who was looking up at her "you where a pain in connels side no kiss for you" she said as pip stuck his tongue out at her. She scratched his chin "thank you for watching him and sorry for any further damage you find that he did" she said as pip seemed content at the moment in ryanas arm.

Connel just reached over and gave Pip a quick scratch behind the ear. It’s okay, little man. I’m good. Buster barked in a jealous protest. Oh, stop, you know I didn’t forget about you. Now scratching the pup, his best friend, underneath the chin, he looked back at the translator.

Don’t worry. Family is always welcome. Hopefully the next time is under better circumstances.
