Description: The Lusankya-class proton beam cannon fires beams of accelerated protons traveling at nearly the speed of light. However, you cannot mount more than three tubes on a sub-1km ship and more than six tubes on a sub-1700m ship due to the power drain. It was also prone to overheating if fired in too quick a succession. It has a low rate of fire. It can also penetrate shields and deal structural damage to durasteel and alusteel hulls.
