Jasper's ears folded back as he heard a girl scream for her mother. Damn, was that loud. He came out of his reverie and pointed at the stairs.​

"How about I answer that when you don't have somebody screaming for you?"​

Ashe snapped back to the present when Claire's high-pitched voice traveled up from inside the manor.​

​

"O-oh dear! Um, yes, that would probably be best. If you'll excuse me..."​

​

She turned around and practically sprinted down the stairs, making her way back to Claire's room.​

Claire would be kicking her feet, trying to stop the voices that are inside her head. However, when her mother returned, a lamp of sorts was floating above her end table. Claire is utterly unaware of anything going around her, and she continued to cry out. "The voices! T-They won't leave me alone!"

Jasper's hearing is pretty sensitive. He could pretty much hear what was going on as he climbed down the stairs after the redhead and walked down the hall, pulling his guitar off his back and strumming it a bit. A chord that was probably a lot louder than it should've been boomed through the corridor. Was it Force-enhanced? Who knows? But if he played loud enough, almost anybody would be too distracted to hear anything in their heads.​

"Claire! Are you alri......."​

Ashe's voice trailed off as she looked in the girl's room. There were objects floating around the bed. FLOATING. Madame Red was absolutely dumbstruck. Obviously, this problem was a lot bigger than she realized. She didn't realize that the cat-man had followed her inside until he started playing his guitar so loudly that she could literally feel her eardrums bleeding.​

"WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON??!!"​

Claire had flinched at the sound, and the lamp had utterly shattered into pieces. However, the girl moved up to sit, and calmly blinked. Nothing was speaking to her. finally, she had some-type of peace. "N..Nng..." It felt soo calming and peaceful, that she had no idea what to do.

Jasper walked up to the room, still strumming the guitar.​

"Wow, it did work."​

​

He looked around the room, seeing the floating things, and raised an eyebrow.​

"Oh, so the girl with the voices is like me. Interesting."​

​

He smiled and waved his tail at the blue-haired girl.​

Ashe just kind of stood there. What the Hell happened to simple living?​

"Wait, what? I'm so confused..."​

​

She pinched the bridge of her nose, letting out a sigh.​

The objects begin to fall, one by one, though her lamp is still shattered and broken. "N...No... no voices... They... left.. how..." She blinked, and turned to face her mother and the cat-man now. "I... am so... confused..."

Jasper shrugged and leaned against the door frame.​

"Well, the guitar is a focus, and if I pour enough energy into it."​

​

He made an exploding gesture with his hands, finally giving them a rest.​

"BOOM."​

"Boom? You're not going to do anything of the sort in this house, sir!"​

Ashe might find this mysterious cat-man sexy as Hell, but she wouldn't have anyone destroying her property. She looked back to Claire, who seemed to be feeling strangely much better.​

​

"Claire, dear, what do you mean they're gone? Do you have any idea what you were doing earlier?"​

​

Things DO NOT just randomly start floating for no reason. The Lady of Red Roses wasn't sure what was going on, but she was determined to get to the bottom of it.​

Claire takes a big, look at her surroundings and then at her mother and the cat-man. "Nng... Everything... is calm... and... ..and... I don't hear anything.. did they leave..." Claire was then utterly reminded of [member="Ashe Ikon"] 's emotions and then her face went red with embaressment. "I, I feel... and hear... what people... think... I, I think..." Claire would then grip onto her head once again, and scream out. "They are back!"

Jasper rolled his eyes at the woman. Damn, she was sexy, but she didn't know much about the Force, did she?​

"Your kid is some kind of untrained Force Sensitive. The voices she's hearing could be anything, but I can take a guess at what'll stop them again. Other than, y'know, property damage."​

​

He looked straight into the blue-haired girl's face and began to poke at her mind. He felt like there was a fog to step through. Lots of rather loud thoughts. Eventually, he got into her mind by following them, and he was able to speak.​

​

Talk to me. What's all this stuff?​

Force Sensitive? Ashe looked down at Claire. A couple of her nephews were Force Sensitive. She'd never seen any of them use it, though. Just rumors from their parents. How very odd that she would find a possible relative who also had the ability.​

"Well, I suppose I should've suspected this. But what can I do? I don't have any idea how to help her."​

Indeed, he had managed to speak to her, but the girl could not listen. Let alone hear him. She continued to hold onto her head, and then went to lay down onto her bed, screaming. "M-Make them stop...!"

Jasper kept poking at the girl's mind, but nothing happened. He picked his guitar up again, intending to power himself up a bit. As he did, he looked at the red-haired woman.​

"I'm just going to keep doing this for as long as it takes me to break in. Once I'm in, she should be able to concentrate on me."​

​

He strummed his guitar a little bit faster, building up energy the same way he had when he'd made the small explosion, but this time the reaction would be in the girl's mind. It'd dissipate the noise and make it easier for her to latch onto him. It didn't even occur to him that he'd have to stay nearby from then on for her to have the focus.​

​

Alright, kid... BOOM!​

"Break in? What do you mean by that??"​

It was a bit too late for Ashe to understand pretty much anything at this point. The Force was an absolute blank space in her mind. She finally just went to the nice and comfy chair in the room and plopped down in it, rubbing her forehead and letting the dashing cat-man with the guitar play on.​

She froze up again, and took nice, calm breathes. "They... They left again... H...How..." She looked around the room once more, but then started to stare at the cat-man. The girl shivers up abit, and goes to sit criss-cross, with her pillow in her arms. Her question might shock everyone here. "How did I get here..."

Jasper sat down on the floor, far more tired than he'd expected. But there was a little bit of his mind attached to the girl's, keeping whatever those voices were out of her head.

"I'm not sure how to explain this, but my energy is in your mind, pushing something away. Fuckin' exhausting to set up, by the way. And you were, um... in this room already." ​

How did she get here? Wait... She didn't remember ANYTHING??!! Ashe was fairly certain she was close to fainting. Today was just supposed to be a normal day, for God's sake! Oh, her head hurt. She took a deep breath, continuing to rub her head as she tried to explain things to Claire.​

"Claire, I found you on Coruscant, remember? You were wandering the streets all alone. You looked very hungry and very confused, so I brought you into a cafe and fed you. You told me that your last name was Ikon, but you weren't entirely sure if that was true. I decided that since you were all alone and in need of a home that I would provide you both company and a place to live. So I brought you here with me, even going so far as to adopt you because I loved you so much."​

She opened her eyes to look at the blue girl.​

​

"Surely you at least remember that I love you. Right?"​
