Roses Have Thorns

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax moved the various crates onto his ship with the Force. His deal with [member="Tydus Wryeens"] had proven to be quite beneficial to the both of them, despite the damages. He got the information he needed, plus a few goodies. Tydus got his warehouse of danger back. And [member="Reen Lorgon"] got his share of toys as well. All in all, a good day.

But there was work to be done. He had a lead now. And he had every intention to hunt that lead down. Turning to look back on the bustling space port he could see various being walkig back and forth, boarding freighters, moving boxes, just another normal day.

Yet something felt off. Dax couldn't quite put his finger on it. A prescence was there, just at the edge of his perception. He couldn't help feel drawn to it.

There was a lot of people on this world and even more then she realized whens he had stepped off of the ship. Usually getting some looks for her appearance, being albino as a zeltron was fairly rare but you could have a lot more as she touched the saber on her hip. The crossguard hilt showing the two emitters on the sides of the top while on the bottom there was the guide wire from her phrik cord that she could use to swing it around and catch some skulls as she needed to." There was a look on her face though when she tapped the smokestone pendant around her neck that served to make her empathy more impressive and feeling other people around the area she could suss out intentions.

Dax felt the Force prescence suddenly grow in magnitude. The presence itself was not dark...but there was a darkness to be sensed behind it. Dax had never expierenced somethig like it. Reaching out with the Force he touched the minds of those nearby, only for a moment to identify them as Force Users. Walking among the crowd he could feel the prescence grow stronger. Finally he came across the mind he had been searching for. The mind of a dark sider. He quickly cut the connection, hoping they hadn't noticed the mental intrusion. Drawing his saber he walked towards the being, keeping his saber unignited, hoping to keep the element of surprise. Whoever this was, they'd have intel on his target. They had to have intel.

She felt it, the empathy and senses with the force alerting her but she had been trained by Lady Crystal... that gave a few things like how to keep yourself composed while her hand went to her hip and grazed the saber but didn't grab at it to pull it away. The darkside crystals in it making the senstion be there before she went through the crowd with a nod of her head while she moved through them feeling and looking at the one who was coming after her but she was using her smaller stature to lose him in the crowd while she moved to double back and her herself remained focused to come back behind him and be at the attention of him. Saber in her hand thumbing the grip activation switch to make the sickle appear.

Dax heard the hum of a saber come to life, long before he saw the ambient light coming from behind him. He turned around to face the one he was lookig for. Pressing the red illuminated button, the yellow blade of his saber sparked to life. Silently he cursed himself for letting her (his target was definitely a her) get behind him. The crowd around them began to frantically disperse as a woman screamed and brought attention to the two Force Users preparing to go at it. "Where's Ferus?/color]" he asked, "Tell me where to find him"

Azlyn was holding the saber but it wasn't fully activated one fo the benefits of having a crossguard blades was using them as the hilt was in her hand one handed with a smaller beam that glowed a crimson red and gave her saber more the look of a sickle with the crytals. Both enhancing the beam itself so it was thinner, with a more intense focused burn. Improved cutting power, improved darkside presence when it was activated and she was able to using it like a chain sickle with the phrik cord that had shifted to her wrist so she could throw it out and retract it quickly. "Who?" She said it to the name of whoever he was looking for and people were moving away while she played on their fear building it like her master had taught her. Make them and everyone around you more afraid so they made mistakes until you had a chance to slice off their heads. "I am just traveling around and you were stalking me."

The Reaper of Won Shasot
"...and you were stalking me." Dax could feel his anger building within him. "Oh c'mon. Someones been hunting me for months. And now that I finally get the information that I need you just happen to show up? What do you think are the chances of that happening Sith?" Dax could feel himself slipping. Takeing a couple deep breaths he tried to flush the anger from his system. It wasn't working as well as he'd hoped. He could feel the darkness growing around him. It radiated from the woman in fromt of him.

She looked at him. "The chance of you stumbling upon a sith in the galaxy? Or the chance of you meeting one on this planet specifically? Because if you came here looking for a sith then there is a chance that there should be them on this world and given there are several factions of sith in the galaxy so the chances of them being around the galaxy is also high." She was looking at him and exuding those zeltron pheromones while she gave a nod of her head with a look at him while she cocked her hip to the side a little moving the saber with a twist of her wrist. So that she would be able to defend and be ready to attack if need be but one of the best ways to fight was to get them off base.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax growled almost imperceptibly, just as the pheromones enter his system. Shaking his head he tried to clear his mind and said, "You either know something or you don't. Either way Sith are bad news and I'm sorry, but I've gotta take you out." Dax drew his blaster, firing from the hip, the bolt tearing throw the air towards the Sith's left shoulder.

(Sorry, short post. Wasn't sure what else could be said lol)

She was watching him and remaining focused as she stood over there before he was moving to attack her and she let the force energies flow throughout her body. Prepared to move and dodge when she focused the force energies for herself to twist quickly with her right shoulder so the blaster went past her before she was moving with the force into her legs. Rushing the bow with the saber sickle while she moved twisting and holding a grin on her face as she spoke coming around with the phrik cord in one hand and using it so she could catch and hold his blade with it and still attack him. "Oh so much of a promise, you really think you will be able to finish the task."

Dax didn't have to be an expert with rooe weapons to jnow he'd be screwed if his saber got caught. Instead of attempting to block the attack careening towards him, he ducked and rolled, following the same direction as the saber. "I may just surprise you" he said to the her. From his crouched position he launched himself towards the girl, saber pointed like a flaming spear.

He could feel the adrenaline now. The rapid heart beat, the intense focus, the clarity that inly came in combat. He relished it. It wasn't so much the knowing he may die that he enjoyed. It was the combat itself. The fast pace, the split second decisions, the need to be better than your opponent. That was what made this so exciting for him. The pheromones she'd released into the air still clung to his body like a thick fog, mixing with the dark energies around them all. Perhaps it should've made thigs more difficult for him. Instead it made it all that much more exciting.

She stayed with him moving and prepared for it while her muscles were tense prone to fight as he was rolling out of the way of her slash getting a small grin. This was the fun and exciting part after all just like the fighting on Felucia when she was standing still and in a prone position ready to defend. Djem So was perfect for handling the defense and counter when he was there on the ground for a moment and then launching at her almost ready to impale her. Alyn didn't move all of her body instead shifting to the blade could pass beside herself and used the swing to bring her arm down like a clothsline as he was leaping up so that she could try and connect with his face and head as the saber slashed backwards to meet his blade to try and hook it to reel it downwards towards the ground.

In mid air there was nothing Dax could do to avoid the blows, only mitigate their effect. As her hand collided with Dax's head, he tucked and rolled through the dirt. His saber left his hand and fell at her feet. Springing back to his feet he drew his blaster and took aim, both hand holding the grip, a finger resting above the trigger. He froze. He didn't take the shot. He couldn't. To be honest if he had tried, she'd probably block it, or deflect it back at his face. But beyond that he didn't want to take the shot. Either the pheromones or her beauty or both were keeping him from squeezing that trigger.

She could see it and feel it as he dropped the saber and was moving. Her foot going towards the hilt quickly to shift herself so she was standing on it and digging the hilt into the ground before he was standing up with his blaster pointed at her whe she was holding the sickle in her hand with a reverse grip for a moment. Her eyebrows raising up before she activated the saber with the crossguard shutting off so the large blade could activate with a snap hiss before she looked over some fo the things. Staying there to watch him before she winked ready with her saber in a reserve shien grip standing prepared for him to shoot at her while she was letting the force energies poll and settle all around.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
The hiss and crackle of her blade snapped Dax out of his daze. He was at a disadvantage. There was no doubt about it. He had no saber, clearly a problem, she was more skilled, he could see that, and this mixture of pherwmones and dark side energies was clouding his judgement. He'd lost already. She just hadn't killed him yet. Well, I better not give her any reasons to off me yet... Dax thought, although i did attack her...and she is Sith...blast it all. He let his grip on his blaster go, weight letting it swing on his finger. Carefully, he lowered the gleamin piece of metal and technology to the ground, his other hand abover his head. "Well...you've clearly beat me...what's next?"

She was looking at him as the sudden change of pace in the fight came, instead of attacking he was giving up and it gave her a small burst of confidence and boost to her own morale. She was looking at him and motioned for him to toss the pistol away while she stood there and kept her foot on the saber cocking a hip to the side and shifting her sabe rin her hand back to a normal hand grip. Prepared to work with and attak if need be but the knight ws more interested in what she could do and get away with for this... she had won after all. "Well now what can I do with you, killing you would be well to easy. Once your life is gone then can't find anymore amusement from you so." She was tinking about it and held her hand out moving her foot pulling it back to herself. She didn't have a place to clip it that her saber wouldn't be without a clip she she slid it into her tanktop and secured it. "Hmm now how to make you suffer?"

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax kicked the blaster pistol over to her, "This was a mistake..." he muttered to himself. He looked around for a potential escape route that wouldn't earn him a dose of Sith Lightning. Unfortunately in the center of a spaceport he was in the open. He didn't have the skill to redirect any potential Lightning yet either. I didn't think this through...at all... he thought. All he could do was wait and see what she chose.

She was looking at him and listening when he spoke while she was walking forward and kicking the pistol away from them somewhere else. "Yes it was but now, how should you be punished? I mean killing is no fun and it would be a shame to maim that body of yours or scar that face but you have got to have some form of punishment to know upi were bested by me. Something that you'll always think about and will be a constant reminder." she was tapping her chin and thought about it more as an idea came to her before she was circling around like a cat playing with its food. Just waiting for the right moment to strike and enjoy it while her small grin was wide matching with the albino features. "Oh I know." She had the crossguard on and slashed focused and ready.... for his backside, not to kill but to quickly and carefully try to with the force in a split moment make an A that would be burned into the meat. THat was the goal, to brand him so he would always have to explain and remember her name.

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax turned as she struck towards him. Like hell if he was just going to lie down and take whatever she was going to dish out. Her saber slashed across his arm, the smell of burnt flesh instanly arising. Cursing Dax backed away from the woman. He just glared at her. Anger was building inside of him yet again.

Azlyn looked at him with a frown and glared for a moment. "Well now you ruined the surprise and look you got all cut up, was just going to quickly brand you so you could remember me... and instead got to get all angry and scared and mess up those pretty arm muscles." She was watching him and could feel the anger radiating off of him but remained unphased by it compared to some maybe.. she preferred if he was angry and holding the saber where it was she was prepared to fight him. She was prepared to kill him but only as a last resort. So much more fun to humiliate a person instead of killing them so that they will feel the shame of it all.
