Brakes: the brakes are made up of brake flaps and repulsors.
Boosters: Since the Pod racer is using the VOI speeders engines it has an integrated thruster. This had been tweaked down by a quarter to prevent the g-force killing the pilot.
Type of engine: the engine is made up of two of the engines from the VOI speeder inquisitions most fastest speeder ever made.

Small F. F. Partial shield - this is to protect the racer upon impact if they crash.
Medium fusion cells - the fusion cell is what powers the pod racer giving it immense power and long durations of boost. These must be replaced after every race.

Light frame - the frame is 3cm thick enough to protect against small stones and shrapnel
Fast - using the VOI speeder engines and incredibly light frame the Pod racer is rather fast
DESCRIPTION:
The R.S. Pod Racer was made for Sanya by her company so she could represent both the world and company. It uses only parts available and maybe by the company itself. This is why it took the parts from the fastest speeder made by the company and held it together with a thin frame. The VOI engines are mainly repulsor but they also make use of thruster engines too this is what is used to give the boost. Although the thruster boost had to be cut back by half to keep sanya conscious upon activation. A normal pilot without the force would still go unconscious from it's speed. The engines run off the fusion cells. One of them is to power the main engines while the second is used when the boost is activated. This gives the Pod Racer plenty of boosts or a couple of long boosts.
To make it's tight turns the Pod racer uses it's brake flaps to decrease its speed slightly then it's mainly down to the engines tilting and repulsors to turn. the boost can't be activated on a tight turn but wide turns however can still be boosted around. The pilot has a small display that shows speeds in mph and how much juice is left in the fusion cells. It also has an image of both engines to display if either has become damaged. Along with the display the pilot has a comfortable seat but is cramped in the tight space meaning there is little from for much movement. The booster is activated on the steering sticks and accelerate is maintained by pedals under the feet. Steering sticks only move back and forward. Since all unnecessary weight was taken off the pilot must wear a helmet to keep dust, smoke out and a air filter to give a clean supply of air. To further protect the pilot the Pod racer also uses a small partial shield to lessen the impact upon crash.
