PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Rusthalia, abbreviated to Rust by close friends, looks the part of a warrior through and through. She's tall, imposing, and littered with scars. Her black but graying hair is usually kept short or tied in a bun for practical reasons. When not in full Mandalorian wargear, she can be found wearing an official uniform in red and gold colours. Her eyes are a light brown, verging on orange.
PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Rust is pragmatic to the core. Strategic, detached, and ruthlessly efficient. Politically, she would be a realist. Her choices are always weighed by a calculus of conquest, determined by whichever action delivers the most absolute victory. No means is off limits if it will achieve her ends, though she has also come to learn the value of subtlety applied at the opportune moment. There is wisdom in restraint when a gentle push can achieve the same as a crushing blow.
Among Mandalorians, Rust would be considered a radical. She is reformist, progressive, and believes that the Mandalorian people need to adapt new ways, or become extinct. She does not dream of a galaxy under Mandalorian rule. Her ambitions are much more realistic than that. She believes that the cycle of crusade and warfare does nothing but weaken and break their people. She firmly holds the conviction that, to thrive, Mandalorians need to leave their warrior traditions behind in favour of pursuits in commerce, culture, and science.

HISTORY
Rusthalia was born on Concord Dawn. Her early years were spent either practicing with a spear or reading history and philosophy. During her teenage years, she broke from her scholarly pursuits and joined her peers on the battlefield, for raids or border skirmishes. During adulthood she struck out on her own to pursue personal ambitions, building on a small group of followers until she rose to power commanding a warband of her own. She is now often referred to as Admiral Kryze or simply 'the Admiral'.
