Shield Penetration: Due to the unique means in which this, and other disruptors work, in which they destroy objects at the molecular level; it is capable of bypassing most personal energy shields.
Overcharge Setting: The Sabnach series Disruptor Rifle has an overcharged setting, in which the weapon unleashes its entire ammunition supply in one large devastating burst. However when utilized in this manner, the increase of energy causes the destruction of the internal systems of the weapon, rendering it useless after this point.
Cool Down Period: After firing the weapon, it requires a cool down period of five to ten seconds before it can fire again. If one were to fire without adhering to this, it is possible that they could either damage the weapon or potentially cause great harm to themselves.
In some instances the most devastating weapons, once outlawed and made illegal by the governments of the past, are the only weapons that should be utilized against an enemy as vicious as those that would be the intended target of the Sabnach Disruptor Rifle. This weapon is being rapidly produced and equipped to various units in preparation for the invasion of Eshan, bringing it into direct conflict with the Mandalorians. The Sabnach Disruptor Rifle is a weapon that tears a target apart at the molecular level, effectively weakening the bonds that hold atoms together and disintegrating them.
The weapon, while powerful, is slow to fire, requiring a set cool down period before the weapon could fire again. This is due in part to the sheer amount of energy being unleashed by the weapon, and any attempt to either bypass this cool down period or fire the weapon again immediately may cause damage to the weapon and possibly the individual operating it as well. In those instances where it is needed, the Sabnach has an overchage setting, unleashing all of its energy in one burst; though this immediately renders the weapon useless as its internal components are destroyed.
