COMPANY DESCRIPTIONSamaria Heavy Engineering is a Private Sephi Company that manufactures, designs and tests a wide variety of Advanced Powered Armour systems and Kyber-Crystal focused directed energy weapons with a history stretching back to about 150 BBY with the Company changing names over the course of history, Samaria Heavy Engineering company philosophy places an emphasis on Quality over Quantity.
CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Credit Applications can be made to the head office on Isobe with no less than seven trade references, commercial and government customers who cannot provide adequate credit references will be obliged to provide full payment to Samaria Heavy Engineering for any product or service contained within a contract at the date of its' execution. Credit Applications cannot be made by individual buyers.
GOVERNMENT EVALUATION AND TESTING
With a long history of providing products to military and paramilitary organisations Samaria Heavy Engineering is keen to submit their products as Tender for contracts to reputable and esteemed Interstellar Governments who have released requirements to the industry. Samaria Heavy Engineering is open to submitting their products for demonstrations and end-user testing if their solicited or unsolicited tender is accepted by the recipient in accordance with all applicable local legislation.
LICENSING
Samaria Heavy Engineering will pursue any suspected abuses of its' intellectual property or breaches of contractual obligations including attempts to reverse-engineer, produce unlicensed copies of its' products or failure to provide remittance for products and services rendered to the full extent that local jurisdiction will permit, taking arms proliferation seriously Samaria Heavy Engineering refuses to license production of their products to any company not associated with or controlled by House Mero of Isobe.

SERVICE
Samaria Heavy Engineering provides fixed-price maintenance and on-going support for a period of three years following commercial purchases to ensure high operational readiness and reliability of their products. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Companies, Individuals or Organisations who may or may not be convicted of criminal offences or perceived to be criminal in nature. Private Buyers are not eligible for fixed-price servicing and maintenance plans, but may purchase a one-year limited warranty which will be voided if the product is used in the commission or planning of any criminal offence. Violation of contract or Samaria Heavy Engineering's maintenance and servicing guidelines will void any warranty or service agreement unless otherwise explicitly stated within a contract.
