While my character doesn't exactly like politicians, he understands the absolute need for the Galactic Senate/Republic's continued survival, especially in the face of adversity. As such, if any senators or delegates wish for increased Jedi presence in any future senate based threads, all they need to do is contact me IC, and then tag me in the relevant threads that need moar Jedi. I'll do my best to drag in a few Jedi Knights and such to make sure this kind of bantha poodoo doesn't happen to you guys again.

They labelled us the bad guys IC for Contruum, blasted us and want a decrease in our "military" presence. Which is sad, because more Jedi showed up to defend the Senate then anyone else in this attack. If this doesn't change anyones minds in the Senate in terms of the Jedi, I don't know what else to tell you.
Bottom line, I don't think the Senate and Jedi are on very good terms right now, but if they want to include us in this stuff, then I'm here to assist if needed, and I'm damn sure that other Jedi will agree and follow suit. While I don't appreciate the treatment from the Senate, we're still the guardians of the Republic. If helping the Senate is where they believe we're needed, then I'll be the first one here and the last to leave.

There's a more militant presence, which even my character would from upon, and then there's showing up to make sure that it's more than clear where the allegiance of the Jedi Order is, especially in times of strife. If the senators want to continue to label Jedi as warmongers, then we should rebrand ourselves as "keepers of the peace" to quote Mace Windu.
Also if the Jedi don't offer themselves in a humble and willing manner now, then I promise you I'll make any non compliant Jedi's lives a fethtonne worse until they give in and help out the legal body of which gives countless credits to the Jedi Order and helps us survive the years.

After seeing your how active Jedi were in the defense of the Senate, which i was both impressed IC and OOC, i am in full support of the Jedi. As such i will never push to keep Jedi out of positions that would help the Republic.
