Sebastian Thel is a young mathematician who became an Imperial agent. He is mild in his manner and genuine to a fault, which either endears him to others or gets him in trouble. He seeks accuracy in everything he does and deduces every possible outcome before settling on an answer to a problem, often to the extent of wasting time. He is exceptionally bright and commonly regarded as strange.
With a need to control his environment, Sebastian is quick to analyze situations and form a logical approach. He has difficulty understanding social cues and as a result, is very shy. He is a respectable citizen of the Empire and dutifully committed to his role within the Intelligence network. In terms of his morality, he is more likely to settle on an outcome which makes the most sense, rather than a decision which is necessarily kind.
When approached for the first time, Sebastian is reserved and struggles to convey expression. A short conversation will reveal him to be both friendly and slightly cheeky.
