Milling around, awaiting his turn, Judah was approached by a striking blonde woman, one he had not seen around any business functions before. Didn't mean she had been absent to such things, but the elder Dashiell suspected he would remember the commotion a beautiful woman would have brought.
"Miss Drey, I don't believe our paths have had the pleasure of crossing before."
Mining work? That was an interesting one. Mining was a side business for Salacia, while expanding, salvage was where a majority of their profits came from. Typically they focused on oceanic or deep-earth mining. Phrik was also in their wheelhouse.
"I do not have experience mining cortosis. However, I do know of someone who does. Very reliable, lives and breathes geology."
A little too much, if you asked him. Judah had zoned out more than once at the explanations his son had provided about the most banal aspects of rocks and ores.
"My son has a passion for this type of work.He has been working with Salacia since he was a teenager and recently started his own mining company. I know for a fact he is knowledgeable with cortosis and has the resources to get the proper equipment at a moments notice."
Before he could continue, the sales manager interrupted them, eager to sell the Singularity.
"Just a moment Sir. I'll get back with you shortly."
A turn back to Miss Drey.
"You could hire him outright or I could easily subcontract his work for your venture, Miss Drey."
