Securitized Witch Brew

To boldly alchemize what no one alchemized before
"Thank you" the villa's owner told the two of them, grateful for getting a thorn out of his feet.

Yes, she has killed some larvae with the alchemized beskad, but now that the tree was uprooted and walking, she knew that [member="Jak Sandrow"] was, in fact, using Plant Surge. The hard part was now done, and the villa's owner now finds himself with a hole left behind by the uprooted ash tree that was simply too big for a Math 25000's box given that it was even more than 15 meters when uprooted. So she cannot use the truck's refrigerator unit; the truck's systems preclude such a thing unless the door is closed. She was confident that she could circulate around the neighborhood in the truck, knowing that it wasn't wise to back up at ground level. She had to turn the truck around and fly in a straight line to the castle, while staying above the trees. Once she could find a spot to land around the castle's yard, she did just that, while being mindful of not hitting any items in the yard, much less the beskar forge she installed in her yard. Perhaps... perhaps the whole process of transmutation would be much easier in the beskar forge! she thought, while wondering how big of a chunk of the ash tree she could subject to a heat treatment so that she could later apply Force-pressure on the chunk of wood and then turn it into a red kyber crystal which, frankly, would be very much like a red diamond.

"Are you ready to supply me with the appropriate chunks of contaminated ash wood? I'm preparing the alcohol and the blood"

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
"Contaminated nothing. You get started on the alcohol et cetera, I'll work on the tree."

Closing his eyes, he focused on the tree, on the chittering life that was infesting it, and frowned in concentration. Slowly, the wood began to creak, miniature splinters forming on the surface. He adjusted his focus, and slowly, the dozen or so ash borers began to surface - involuntarily. He collected them in a floating ball, minus one, and crushed them emphatically. The one he left he placed in a box and sealed it up - that would be for later.

The tree, as weak as it was, thanked him for healing it. He sighed and began the lengthy process of healing its bark, closing up the holes and healing underneath.

To boldly alchemize what no one alchemized before
"Are you sure it requires a healthy plant? If so, why? I'm not sure I understand why, but perhaps I could attempt doing an alchemical pesticide specifically for the emerald ash borer, or otherwise keep that in mind for future production runs"

Now that the emerald ash borers were out of the infested tree, she could no longer sense the contamination, especially since the borers inside the bark were quashed once extracted. So [member="Jak Sandrow"] couldn't be blamed if he thought that decontaminating the tree was a crucial first step. By now, however, Janick prepared the drum that is supposed to contain alcohol (or rather, Asop tihaar) and blood at the same time, to soak the chunks of wood that ought to be alchemically treated so that the Force could be much more easily infused into it, probably during the compression process. Or so her logic went. So Janick had to mix about 10 ml of blood into a bucket of tihaar, which gives it a slight reddish tint to the mixture. In which she would expect oil to come after the Force-compression is over, so as to relieve the heat-induced stresses in the crystal. The very question sent shivers in her spine, but she had to ask for it. She was all for thinking outside the box, but if she was to replicate the process in Jak's absence at a later date, especially if she won the bidding process for FD-0851, she'd better understand how and where in the process the wood comes in.

"How will you use the tree to get the base material for the crystals?"
