STRENGTHS

DESCRIPTION

One of most iconic sights in the Sith Empire the black armor of the Gelian Sentinel Corps are a constant presence around any property claimed by the Sith family of House Zambrano. The Sentinel Armor System is heavily based off of the standard armor worn by the legion with heavy changes including an increase in the ion/emp p​rotection and subtle differences that denote rank.

As the first line of defense for House Zambrano the Sentinel Armor is designed as a highly versatile kit that allows them to handle a wide variety of situations to protect and defend the family's vast holdings. The armor's aesthetic design hearkens back to the Blackblade Guard as well as the Sith-Imperial Legion with very clear, distinct differences turning them into an intimidating face for the family.

This looks like it's a pretty nicely customized version of some already established armors, and there's nothing wrong with that (the canon Empire did that a lot). This leads me to my only concern about the submission.

The Sentinel Armor System is heavily based off of the standard armor worn by the legion with heavy changes including an increase in the ion/emp p​rotection and subtle differences that denote rank.

In general, if there is going to be an increase in one area of the submission from a baseline, there should be a corresponding decrease in a different area of the sub to balance this out. Looking at the submissions that this is based off of, as well as the heavy armor example in the template, this looks like it is much more resistant to damages than the others without a corresponding drawback to balance that out. There's a couple ways around this.

1) Lower a resistance somewhere else: This sounds kind of obvious, but you can lower another resistance. Or alternatively, add a type of weapon that this armor is particularly vulnerable too.
2) Add a Conceptual Weakness: In other words, this is a downside in the design of the armor rather than the material itself. As an example of this, this could appear as a weak chink(s) in the armor that people can exploit.
3) Lower Production: Rather than making this a mass-produced design, production could be moved to minor or limited. This reflects that this armor is not as common as the others.
