Description:
Venjuta Industries wanted to create a passenger luxury cruiser, a means for giving the galactic citizens some much needed R&R from the daily routines such as work, child-raising, get away from reality time, and for military personal on leave a chance to unwind. The Serenno-class Luxury Cruiser provides that and so much more.
The ship possess 10 decks spanning the height of the ship. Each deck provides something different for the patrons. Going from bottom to top, decks 1-3 houses the engine room, the cargo holds, the crew quarters, both maintenance and cleaning supplies, and holding cells (for drunk and rowdy patrons to cool their heads). The cargo holds (3 in total) provide enough space to provide consumables to last up to three months. The crew's quarters when fully staffed has a capacity of 1,081 members.
Decks 4-6 is strictly dedicated to housing the passengers. When fully booked, the total capacity of passengers is 1,300. There are three types of passenger's compartments spread across these decks. Solo compartments for passengers who have booked a spot on the cruiser for themselves only, couple's compartments for the love birds, and family compartments for family trips. Each compartment has enough luxurious space to ensure complete comfort.
Deck 7 contains all the various types of restaurants and cantinas available to the patrons, with one enormous ball room for those with more fancier tastes. Deck 8 hosts all the kiosks and shops. Deck 9 is where all the festivities take place such as the casino, indoor swimming pools, and other various forms of entertainment. Deck 10 is mostly occupied by the bridge, engineer offices, medical bays, and a small holomovie complex.
The special features for the cruiser are as follows in more intricate detail:
Deflector Shield Generator: This is the basic shield for the ship. It provides ample protection against asteroids, other space debris, and lightly concentrated blaster fire.
Guardian-class Shield Generator: Requiring up to six crew members to operate, this shield generator provides a more heavy energy and particle shielding than that of the Deflector Shield.
Ion Shield Generator: Activated only in the event of passing through ion storms.
Palisade Shield Generator: This is a reinforced shield generator that increased the power of the other shields. This was important to install on the ship since it has no notable weapons minus that of your basic armaments.
IFF Transponder: It broadcasts and receives the identity of nearby ships, it also acts as a front-line defense warning system.
Baffler: This is essentially a sensor that allows the cruise ship to hide it's identity from other ships. Usually this is utilized in the regions of space that can be considered unpredictable, or where previous reports of pirate activity has been noted.
Scrambler: Works in conjuncture with the Baffler, doubling it's ability to go undetected by sensors and radars.
Hyperspace Beacons: These beacons are used in extreme emergency cases. When activated, they broadcast both the ship's coordinates and identity signature to friendly ships such as rescue vessels, maintenance vessels, or in the event of an attack; friendly military ships.
