Seriously, there are probably hundreds of SW sites JUST FOR THIS STUFF across the internet. Don't do it here.
Yeah, but the person in question is still a minor. If someone is going to engage in such activities, they better really really know the person is over 18(or of legal age in their country) and willing.

Yes. But even then, if it's legal, if they get caught doing it here both parties involved will be perma-banned.

Wait... why would a minor be doing that poodoo?
Modern Teens don't care, at all about age restrictions. Especially guys, I promise you no one had ever clicker the "I am under the age of 18 button" unless they were at the site providing the um, inappropriate material, by accident.

As it has been stated, PMs are a service provided by the board and its owner, and as such fall under the rules and expectations that govern the whole board. Just because other people cannot see it does not make it okay to do. This extends beyond posting pornographic material. If you're posting some message, with in PM or on the board, the rules apply.

And members have made complaints about PMs before, and they were investigated and dealt with. So if you have something that you want to post that violates the rules, take it elsewhere. Because it might not be today or tomorrow, but sooner or later it will come to light, and the consequences won't be worth a few laughs.

I've seen this happen elsewhere. Remember that here you only see a fraction of the person you're dealing with, and it's a small fraction at that. You really have no idea who are you dealing with over the internet, or in person for that matter. Play it safe.

Tyson, sexual content would only be good IF IT WAS ALLOWED. But since it's not allowed, you are kinda right

Ganon, im about to blow a gasket. Sexual content is never good. this is a site for people to express their creativity and intelligence by writing stories and creating in depth characters with personalities and backgrounds. NOT a place for people to get their immature fetishes vanquished. There is no creativity or art in sexual rp.

The bolded part I understand, but I think if you build up to that point in a character's lifespan, you should be able to do that in a place where that's allowed

I don't understand why a MINOR would do that at all, but when it comes to adults and characters that built up to that point I'm for it only if the board is rated appropriately (So I don't condone it here)

Then apparently you never went through puberty. A seventeen year old does not magically learn sex is interested on their 18th birthday. Laws exist to protect them from being taken advantage of, because minors are considered to immature to make decisions like that on their own (same with voting, drinking, and smoking), but that does not mean they would not have such interests.

That said I think this conversation has gotten very vicious. I think people need to stop attacking others about whether ERP is "wrong." What people do or do not do in a safe environment of their own volition is really up to them. If you don't like it, tough. Stop attacking your fellow board members. You might think you're being cool by putting such things down, but you're really not.
