Shady Nar Shaddaa

Gatz Duolingo

Nar Shaddaa was Gatz Duolingo’s favorite corner of the galaxy. It was dingy, smelly, and full to the brim with the worst scum in the galaxy. For Gatz, that meant that he didn’t have to worry about dealing with law enforcement and docking protocols. He was free to do as he pleased, and to park where he’d like. Well, for the most part. He still had to avoid pissing off the Cartels, lest he wanted a bounty hunter to track him down.

If only Ay were still around. Then he wouldn’t have to worry about that so much.

Either way, regardless of the danger, Nar Shaddaa’s lawlessness also meant that there were plenty of opportunities to make some credits. And, as a man with a less than honest past, Gatz was plenty suited to take advantage of such offers. His ship could be chartered for almost anything, except for transporting slaves. Even he drew the line somewhere.

Gatz stroked his beard, a new addition, as he relaxed in the back booth of some shady cantina. After a weapons run gone right, he owed it to himself to drink something a little more expensive than usual. And, with R4 running some diagnostics on his YTA-1300, he had some time to spare anyways. He could use some company though.

Ay's life so far with [member="Ronin Naara"] had been manageable, the couple on jumping from one planet to the next doing bounty hunting mission and other mercenary work. Sometimes they made a decent amount and enough left over, other times their pay just managed to get them by, but it was not a bad life, more so to herself since enjoyment was still not a concept she could feel.

Maybe one day she would find a way to remove the inhibitor chips from her brain, but until then the emotionless assassin would continue to do her daily routine. At lest Romin seemed happy, even with his more child like attitude to things, though it was still rather strange how the two came to be in a relationship... relationships, she had never really had any, sell aside from a man named [member="Gatz Duolingo"].

The two where quite a team, though over a long period of time the two parted ways to due lack of jobs, she never knew what became of him after that, though it was not much of an issue, right now Ay was simply going to a local bar on smuggler moon after a day of work, perhaps she'd be able to pick up a new bounty along the way.
