As much as it pains me, I'm going to have to deny this. I have tried to make you understand, tried to make you emulate other approved submissions, tried to make this work.
But it's clear to me I need to either approve this as it is or deny it. In the interests of other writers who have done the right thing, I must deny this.
If you feel this is unfair, you may request a Second Chance and get a new judger. However, it's fair to say that without considerable improvement this will not be approved in its current state.
