This is waid attempting to avoid his ships being judged by getting this through tech. It's beyond the new typical specs and has no development. It's not technology it's a blueprint for a ship.

He's been very rude about the new judges in the submission.

My view:

He has two options: reduce it down (as Stine said) to a Hull frame and generator)
Or Denied.

Agreed. I just told him he needs to realize that it still needs to be looked at with Ship Rules because its basically a damn ship. Also to stop being a tool. The item is denied and he is welcomed to second chance it. If he does Raz you'll be taking it, if he refuses then deny it again and he can stop being a tool.
