I'm correct in thinking that the palace is a seperate, seperately shielded location to the city and that even if the shields are disabled, they won't drop for IC days?

Yes, the Palace, Senate Hall and City are under seperate shields. The city is a bigger shield, so it has 4 generators. If they are damaged or go offline, the shields will last for a whole day. I have a map, but can't put it on here. [member="Darth Carnifex"] has a copy.

I'm doubling back under the cover of Jairdain's electric storm (blipped off the command ship sensors), to give it a go in retrieving the survivors I picked up during your chase... hopefully.
I'm praying, [member="Jairdain"] will be there at the pick up site also.

If you don't get a chance to post, I'll assume you lost track of me during the stunt, and off I'll fly the survivors away to safety.

I was away the weekend too and do appreciate this heads up, as it saved me a lot of time catching up to writers and trying to figure what next. That thread took off like a rocket! Congrats Lady Kay. Commenor has not gone down with a wimper.
